• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 4: Two bunk sets—one twin-over-twin and one twin-over-full (sleeps 4-5; top bunks for kids 6+ and under 300 lbs only, not recommended for adults)

Nestled on a very quiet & private side street south of Route 28, you’re steps from the best of Cape Cod without the hassle of busy roads. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home on a spacious quarter-acre corner lot. Home has many updates inside & outside throughout.

Inside the Cottage
Unwind in a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, full fridge (situated in breezeway), wine fridge (situated in kitchen), coffee, tea & espresso station, dishwasher, and essentials for easy meals. Stay cool with central AC, fresh with washer/dryer, stay connected via high-speed Wi-Fi and streaming TV, and pampered with provided linens, blankets/sheets, beach towels, and chairs.

Outdoor Oasis
Savor summer nights on the patio with patio table set for 8, Adirondack chairs, a gas fire pit for storytelling, BBQ gas griddle, and a refreshing Cape Cod outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.

Prime Location
Just a leisurely 1.0 mile walk (or quick drive) to pristine Seagull Beach, 1.2 miles to Englewood Beach, and minutes from multiple other sandy shores. Special Notes:
While the cottage sleeps 10 comfortably, the kitchen table seats 8 and patio table seats 8.

This is a non smoking home, no cigarettes, cigars, vapes, pens, etc allowed inside. We also do not allow pets. No candles allowed. There are no exceptions to these rules.

If you are not a caring, thoughtful, responsible renter, this home is not for you. We are unable to rent to anyone under the age of 24 unless accompanied by an adult or guardian.

If you are booking as a group, please confirm that all members of your group are 24 years of age or older. Families with kids, children, teens are welcome of course! But they need to be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
