🛏️ Sleeping accommodations include a King bed in the bedroom and a full pull-out sofa bed in the living area, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. (Guests beyond standard bedding must bring their own bedding.)

4. Please use your 1 designated parking space at your residence. There is also limited overflow parking and a few golf cart spots (Golf Cart Accessible)
5. NOT PET FRIENDLY
**Some New Wave properties have exterior cameras to help ensure the safety of both guests and homeowners**
