This space is equipped with 2 queen beds and has a pack-and-play, perfect for a family stay. With a comfortable living space and well equipped kitchen, it is perfect for nights in and creating those priceless vacation memories.



The Space:

The 1st level consists of the kitchen, living room, and dining room. There is a back door from the kitchen to access the private backyard where you will find an outdoor shower, dining area, and grill. Inside there is a dining space with seating for 4. The living room has a smart TV for you to log in and stream. Also, there is laundry and a half bathroom located on the 1st floor.



On the 2nd level there are 2 bedrooms well appointed with queen memory foam mattresses, luxury linens and towels, and sound machines. One of the bedrooms has a smart TV. There are sliding glass doors off of one of the bedrooms that provides access to the 2nd level patio.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood of South Jacksonville Beach and convenient to dining and shopping. This area of Jacksonville Beach is rich with shopping, dining, and night life options. Many are within walking distance. Just a short 4 blocks away is the Atlantic Ocean and you can dip your toes in within 5 minutes of leaving the property. The central location of this property is ideal if you choose to explore some of our other beaches. Ponte Vedra, Neptune, and Atlantic Beach are all within a 10 minute drive. Each of these beach towns has it's own personality with a wide range of dining for foodies and shopping from antique to high end boutique.
