I loved my stay

I will for sure book again soon. I enjoyed my stay. The owner was helpful on our end really sweet. House was clean and neat. Loved the beach walking distance Over all 10/10 .

Perfect location and accommodations

Place was great! Perfect location for the beach, restaurants, and night life. Holly was also so accommodating. We unexpectedly had to extend our stay an extra night and she helped us all along the way. Overall great experience.

Great spot around Jax beach. Perfect distance to beach and restaurants and plenty to do. The place was perfect size. Children friendly. Loved that it wasn’t littered with Knick knacks. Had an amazing time. Owner was always quick to respond.

Great place for meeting friends

The house was just right for our get together with some long time friends. It was close to the restaurant (11 South) where we had a fabulous meal. It was as described in the posting & Holly was very easy to work with.

Family Spring Break Vacation

It was five stars all the way. You can see the beach from the road in front of the house. All of the amenities I wanted. Property manager, Holly, was only an email away. Thank you so much.

Perfect Jax Beach getaway

My sister, her girlfriend and I stayed with our 3 dogs. The fenced in back yard was perfect for the dogs and the wood floors and ruggable rugs made us feel very comfortable with the animals there. We can to visit for our friends 6 year brewery anniversary (southern swells) and the location was perfect! I also ended up running the Jax beach classic, which started .3 miles from our door. The host even worked with us on our last day as we wanted to spend a little more time in Jax Beach. Fantastic property, I will recommend to friends and hope to stay there again soon!

bad experience

the property was dirty with shabby furniture and nothing like the pictures on the website.the bed coverings looked like old blankets that I would never sleep on . also the smoke alarms were going off and our dog couldn't stand the piercing noise

Perfect location for our family

We had a wonderful stay. Unbeknownst to us this home turned out to be just blocks from my daughter and her husband. We actually could walk it easily. We chose this home because it was pet friendly. We had a Christmas gathering with the daughter in Jax and one in Ft Lauderdale that came up to stay with us. The only constructive advice I would say would be that there was not enough casual seating in the living area for 6 people to sit and converese. If we all wanted to sit and talk it had to be done at the dining room table. We will be back to book this home again. Jo

Duplex was very rundown and dirty

My family recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this establishment during my father's cancer treatment in Jacksonville. Upon arrival, we were troubled by the overall condition of the property. The exterior was not well-maintained, with litter and dog waste visible on the ground, and a rusted chair at the entrance.Inside, while the kitchen appeared to be recently updated and in decent condition, the general furnishings throughout the property were outdated and in poor shape. The bedding and pillows were not only worn but also showed signs of significant neglect, as we discovered dog hair and stains on the sheets upon inspection. Additionally, the comforter had multiple holes, with stuffing coming out. The bathroom presented a concerning odor, which detracted from our comfort and overall sense of cleanliness, and the towels were found to have human hair on them. The backyard was similarly unkempt, with items appearing to be in disrepair.Due to these conditions, we made the decision not to stay and instead opted for accommodation at a local hotel. I would like to acknowledge that the host was responsive to our concerns and provided a full refund.Given the circumstances, I would not recommend this property, especially for those who may have specific health considerations.

The place was neat and clean and had everything we needed. Having a fenced in yard was great for our dog. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Great stay in JAX beach

Our family of 4 had a very nice stay. Check in and out was very easy. The place was clean and pretty well stocked for cooking. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants but you do have to cross A1A to get to the beach. Depending on the time of day it could be some waiting to cross. But it was very do-able. The unit is a duplex with a shared wall. I only mention this because I feel bad for the person who lives next door and had to hear our kids screaming all week... Overall a very nice place to stay. Great location and access to the beach

First time in Jax and was a wonderful experience. Great location and close to beach and restaurants. Not very busy for spring break which was awesome. Fenced in back yard for pets. Clean and comfortable. Great trip!
