Located just five blocks from the beach, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests (max). Enjoy your own private pool and modern interiors, located in a peaceful, family-oriented neighborhood. Close by find delicious restaurants, Jacksonville Beach Pier, Sea Walk Pavilion, Hanna Park and many fishing holes. The Intercoastal waterway is only a few blocks away with several marinas and charter boat rental options!  Rent a bike at Champion Cycles just down the street and enjoy riding the Greenway while exploring all the beaches and what they have to offer.  There are multiple breweries and music venues close by. Take a (drive on) ferry ride in Mayport and explore the gorgeous beaches near Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach.  Mayo Clinic is nearby along with world famous golf courses. St Augustine is a quick ride south and a fun day shopping, visit the Alligator Farm, and all the history St. Aug has to share!  Uber and Lyft are readily available - check out Beach Buggies too! 

NOTE: There is an owner car in driveway, with 3 remaining private spaces to park.

This home is strictly not for parties or events. We do not allow smoking on the property.
