The Condo

This spacious and thoughtfully designed second-level condo features approximately 1,076 square feet (100 square meters) of interior living space, combining modern comfort with natural textures and warm bohemian style.

The open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, creating an inviting space for relaxing and spending time together. Large sliding glass doors open to the main terrace, where guests can lounge, read, or relax in the hammock while enjoying jungle views.

The condo offers multiple private outdoor spaces, including two additional terraces connected to each bedroom. One terrace features a chair hammock ideal for reading or relaxing, while the other includes a table and chairs perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The condo comfortably accommodates up to five guests and includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Bedroom One features a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, and direct access to a private balcony. Bedroom Two includes a queen bed with direct access to its own balcony overlooking the jungle surroundings. Both bedrooms are designed for rest and relaxation, with a calm atmosphere and natural finishes.

The living room serves as the main entertainment space and includes a Smart TV, making it a comfortable place to unwind together after a day of exploring Tulum.

Both bathrooms are modern and spacious, with rainfall showers, ample vanity space, and sleek finishes that enhance the comfort of your stay.

Kitchen and Living Amenities

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and all essential cookware and utensils. A coffee maker is provided for your morning routine, along with a blender for smoothies or cocktails.

Location

The condo is located on the jungle side of Tulum, approximately 5 kilometers (3 miles) from downtown and about a 15-minute drive to the beach. The location is ideal for travelers who value peace, space, and access to nature while remaining close to popular attractions.

A car, scooter, or bike is recommended for easy transportation, though taxis are widely available. The area is well positioned for exploring cenotes, eco-parks, beach clubs, Mayan ruins, and the vibrant dining scene Tulum is known for.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo, along with shared access to all community amenities. Detailed check-in instructions and access information will be provided prior to arrival.

Important Notes

This is a rapidly growing area, and daytime construction noise from nearby developments may occasionally be heard. Power outages can also occur from time to time due to local infrastructure, which is outside of our control.

For stays longer than five nights, a weekly electricity fee of $25 USD applies starting on day six. Our team will coordinate payment with you before or during your stay.

Because the property is surrounded by jungle, occasional insects may appear despite professional cleaning and pest control.

Starter essentials such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, body wash, and garbage bags are provided at the beginning of your stay but are not replenished. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies if needed.

Some areas of the property require climbing stairs. Exterior security cameras are present in common areas only for the safety and security of guests.

Complimentary cleaning is not included for extended stays. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee with at least 48 hours’ notice. Laundry is not included in cleaning services.

Late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
