Our Boardinghouse 13 is conveniently located in the NINO Business Park in Nordhorn and offers a new, forward-thinking approach to accommodations.

The boarding house concept—combining the features of an apartment and a hotel—is underscored by the elegant, urban, and functional interior design. It offers an interesting alternative without having to forgo hotel services such as towels, bed linens, etc.



The apartment is innovatively furnished with attention to detail. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers comfortable accommodations for up to 2 people. An elevator is available.



With 27 m² of space, it features a kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave with a grill function, a coffee maker, an immersion blender, and enough cooking utensils to prepare everything from breakfast to a midday snack to dinner.



The table in the dining area, which comes with two chairs, is multifunctional and, thanks to its technical features, can also be used as a desk. Of course, the apartment features free internet access, an internet-enabled smart TV, and a Bluetooth radio.



The 1.40 m wide box-spring bed in the sleeping area offers the highest level of sleeping comfort. A fee applies for two people sharing the double bed.

The coat rack in the entryway and the wardrobe, as well as the cozy sitting area with an armchair and ottoman, round out the furnishings.



This functional, elegant design is continued in the bathroom with a walk-in shower. A vanity cabinet, mirror, hair dryer, and soap dispenser are also part of the standard furnishings.



Throughout the entire living space, the focus has been on the highest quality and functionality. It’s impressive! Thoughtfully designed and lovingly furnished, the NINO Boarding House reflects the region’s history of the textile industry.



On the 3rd floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The room is accessible with your room key. Residents can use the machines via a coin-operated machine between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.



Café NINO in the main building and the inclusive bistro “MahlZeit!” offer delicious lunch specials and other culinary delights.
