Guest access
There will be contactless self-check in upon arrival. Storage closets and backyard shed is not accessible for guests.

There is parking available in the driveway for up to 3 cars. Street parking is not allowed as there is enough space on the driveway. We have narrow streets so we would like to limit the cars allowed to respect the neighborhood we love.

Please be aware of street sweeping (Wednesday) and trash days (Tuesday). Fines incurred for parking violations are the responsibility of the guest.

We kindly ask that you observe our house rules. Maintaining good relationships with our neighbors are important to us, and it helps us continue hosting future guests. We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests! Please keep noise levels to a minimum and respect their privacy. Thank you for your understanding.

• No smoking of ANY KIND inside/outside of property/driveway ($1000 penalty)
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
• No extra/overnight guests. Please message us beforehand for confirmation.
• No mail/package delivery to AirBnB. Please send to local pick up locations
• No pets
• No disturbing neighbors
• Parking allowed on driveway and also street parking available. Please no blocking neighbor's driveway. All parking fines incurred are responsibility of the guest.
• No loud noise or music past 9:00 pm:
Failure to adhere may result in a courtesy phone call, and any citations or fees up to $1000 issued by code enforcement officers will be the responsibility of the guests.

Property Disclosures:
• We have three, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance and backyard which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are absolutely no indoor cameras.

House Maintenance:
• Tuesday: Trash Day. Please park accordingly based on the times of trash day.
• Wednesday: Pool maintenance
• Street Sweeping: Wednesday 8am - 12pm
• Wednesday: Landscaping
Our workers will access the outside property via the side gate. They will not enter the inside of the home, ensuring your privacy.

Release of Liability:
This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and keep your security deposit if these rules are violated.
