Back unit of a two-unit property with private entrance and parking in the carport. The rear bedroom now has corrected airflow after HVAC and vent service. The home does not have fully central HVAC — the back room uses supplemental cooling. Verified electrical check and outlet repairs completed.

Car, Uber and Lyft are the easiest forms on transportation. You can park under the car port (1 dedicated spot), on the connected driveway or on the street.
