Edgewater Beach Resort - 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo - Relax into coastal comfort where the beach sets the pace from the moment you arrive. All guests must register before their stay at Edgewater Beach Resort. The primary guest (the person whose name is on the reservation) must be at least 25 years old and remain on the property for the duration of the reservation. Base registration for all guests that includes one Resort Access Pass: $50 if completed at least one day prior to arrival; $75 if completed the same day as arrival. Second Resort Access Pass: $50 - Third Resort Access Pass $100 and is one per condo per continuous stay (NOT per person) and includes the use of most Resort amenities (some Club amenities require an additional fee). The registration fee is required regardless of whether the guest will have a vehicle.

Water Crafts, Boats, Trailer, Campers, Buses, or RV`s are not permitted.
Balconies, terraces, and exterior stairways will not be used for hanging garments or other objects, for cleaning rugs and other household items, or for the cooking of food by any methods

A moderate noise level shall be maintained at all times - observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No lifeguards on duty, swim at your own risk
Arm bands must be worn by all members of the party while on property.
All guests must comply with Oceans Door Getaways rules, the community rules, and all applicable laws. Disorderly conduct, police reports, or any rule violations will trigger an inspection of the property by Oceans Door Getaways.
If a violation is found, the primary guest must meet with an Oceans Door Getaways representative within 30 minutes of notice. Failure to do so will result in automatic removal from the property with NO REFUND.

By booking, you agree that compliance with these rules is a condition of occupancy.

Resort Access Passes will be provided by security upon arrival. Use the left lane and provide your name to pick up your pass.
