A Pearl of A Beach Home - lujosa piscina privada climatizada y spa - para familias

Patio trasero tropical aislado con piscina privada de lujo climatizada y spa y área pavimentada amplia, además de una amplia terraza en la planta baja.

Deja tus problemas atrás mientras cruzas con Anna Maria y te rindes al ritmo de la isla. Nuestra casa de playa (una casa de vacaciones personal - no es una característica de la inversión) es un refugio lleno de luz con hermosos muebles, ropa de calidad, de diseño abierto amplias con altos techos de 12 'y un excelente flujo de interior / exterior. 3 amplios dormitorios costeras (rey, reina y dobles) con almacenamiento incorporado, 2 baños modernos (1 en suite) con enormes duchas separadas y una sala de WC armario cerca del cuarto de lavado.

Diseñamos e instalamos la piscina privada y el jacuzzi en el verano de 2014. La superficie especial antideslizante de la piscina complementa el 'acceso a la playa' que permite a los jóvenes (y no tan jóvenes) entrar al agua sin ningún tipo de pasos y comienza a 2 pulgadas de profundidad

La plantación tropical proporciona áreas de sol y sombra y, por la noche, las palmas se encienden automáticamente para mejorar el ambiente del patio trasero y el área de la piscina.

En la planta superior, los huéspedes pueden utilizar la cocina con acabados en granito y totalmente equipada con gabinetes personalizados. Gran sala se abre a generosa lanai con comedor al aire libre.

Junto a la piscina se puede disfrutar del gran patio de entrada con hamacas, tumbonas y parrilla de gas. De gran tamaño garaje doble con acceso remoto, sillas de playa y un carro de playa también.

Una perla de una propiedad a 2-3 cuadras (3-4 minutos a pie) de la idílica, suave arena blanca de las playas del Golfo con sus impresionantes puestas de sol, hacia el norte de la isla. Un barrio tranquilo a pocos minutos a pie de restaurantes, bares, tiendas y galerías de Holmes Beach. La parada del autobús gratuito de Island Trolley está a la vuelta de la esquina.

We had the best week at this beautiful house! The pool and backyard were amazing, the kitchen had everything we need, all the beds were so comfortable and the house was spotless. We were able to walk to several places to eat and the walk to the beach was not bad at all. We cannot wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at A Pearl of a Beach. The owners were really helpful and were very happy to answer any questions we had. The house had everything we needed and more with an amazing outdoor space and pool. The location is perfect with only a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from on the island. Amazing time

This was an amazing place and an amazing time. The location was perfect with easy walks to beach, several food locations and shopping. This was one of the cleanest, comfortable and family friendly places we have stayed. The private pool was great to relax after baking in the sun at the beach. We would love to rent this house again and have already recommended to others.

Great vacation spot

Had issues getting inside due to a malfunctioning garage door, but got situation resolved and were able to get in with some delay. Communication with owners was only via email / vrbo app so that caused some delays. The pool is great, the hot tub is a little small. The location is great with a reasonable walk to the beach.

Wonderful family home

The house was so clean when we arrived. It had absolutely everything we needed for our family if five. The beds were comfortable too :) We loved the pool and spent alot if time in it. Its a little bit of a walk to the beach, but doable with the wagon provided. Thank you! We loved AMI.

A wonderful stay

Excellent home! The house itself is comfortable and well equipped, location is very convenient and the owners are great. The pool and outdoor living areas are the best we’ve had on AMI! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect vacation home

We had this beautiful house for two weeks! We gave rented in FL for 8 years now and this was not only beautiful but checked all our boxes. The pool and hot tub were our favorite hangout . Loved the nearby beach but the water was a bit cold during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked without any problems!

Pearl of a Beach Home

We loved our stay here! The check in process was super easy, the property was the perfect size for our family of 5. You can walk to the beach from the property in about 8 minutes- we found a golf cart very helpful to get to the rest of the island. The kids loved the pool and it was super clean!

Great vacation spot on AMI

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great very close to the beach and dining options. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed enjoyed mornings and early afternoons at the beach and came back to the house to enjoy the awesome outdoor pool. I would highly recommend this rental check in and out were both a breeze!

Beach House

Had a wonderful stay. We would definitely use this house again. The house is very nice and is really close to the beach. The air conditioner is really good and the house was very clean.

Thank you for taking such good care of our home and being available when the tech support guy called to fix the cable connection for the wifi - less than 24 hours from when you let us know there was an issue. Great location with pool and hot tub

Place was spotless on arrival short walk to beach and outside area very relaxing unfortunately ETA hit while we we there so weather was disappointing communication with owners seamless would definitely return

Great to know it was spotlessly clean - we'll let our hard working cleaning crew know about your comments, especially as they have the added work of meeting the COVID cleaning requirements. We also want to thank you for your help in letting us know about the effects of ETA and helping to dry out the garage and entrance foyer. We enjoyed our first vacation on Anna Maria Island in April 2013 and just fell in love with ........everything! We returned that summer for another vacation and decided to celebrate our upcoming 30th Wedding Anniversary (our Pearl anniversary!) by buying a vacation home on AMI.

For the final week of our summer stay we toured the island together on a tandem cycle, getting to know every street and visiting Open House events. On returning home we took to Zillow and found "our Pearl" on-line and decided to buy it - sight unseen.

By the end of October 2013, we were the proud owners of a vacation home on AMI. As we entered for the very first time, we knew we'd made a great choice and the name was clear to us both " A Pearl of a Beach Home" (in Holmes Beach!).

Our wonderful Realtor, Marianne (Island Real Estate) looked the place over for us and told us "the camera doesn't lie! Great internal layout, spacious outside spaces, high ceilings, quiet neighborhood, central on the island and close to the beach."

What's not to love?

The location is great and the lack of a pool back in 2013 was actually a real bonus. It allowed us to design our own, include a spa and beach access and add a special non-slip surface. We added mature planting and lighting in the backyard which gives privacy and a sense of tranquility.

A short, flat and safe walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the nearest stop for the free island Trolley service make getting round the island real easy.
