This fully renovated one-bedroom condo features a primary bedroom suite furnished with a King bed and a spacious 32” flat screen TV, having received a 5-star rating from guests. It serves as an ideal retreat for relaxation after an exciting day in Winter Park, complete with an en-suite bathroom that includes a tub/shower combination and dual vanity sinks.
Situated in the second cul-de-sac of the property, guests can easily access the Clubhouse with just a short walk, while the free town shuttle stops are conveniently located just a few steps away.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
