This well-furnished and recently updated one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is conveniently located near the town of Winter Park and can be accessed via the complimentary town shuttle to Winter Park Resort.
The rental includes all necessary amenities for a delightful vacation, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dishware and cookware suitable for meal preparation. The dining table can seat up to six people, while the living area offers a comfortable couch and chair, enhanced by a fireplace. This third-floor condominium, which boasts vaulted ceilings in the main living area, is perfect for families, couples, and individuals alike.
The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed and a full bathroom. Furthermore, the living room includes a sofa sleeper that can accommodate two additional guests.
Enjoy the beautiful views of Winter Park Resort from the private deck adjacent to the living room, along with the complimentary town shuttle service. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
