Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.

To be eligible for a full refund, any reservation cancellation must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date shall be subject to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount paid.

No-shows and cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date shall not be eligible for any refund.

When applicable, refunds shall be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date and will incur a 4.5% transaction fee.

The resort pool, courts, and Fitness Center - $100 extra fee per group per day.

The resort fee is optional and not mandatory. You can choose to pay it at the clubhouse entrance if you decide to use the amenities.

• Upper Floor: 1 master suite with a King bed and ensuite bathroom, 1 suite with 2 Queen beds, 1 suite featuring a bunk bed with a twin on top, a full on the bottom, and a pull-out twin beneath the full, and 1 suite with 2 Queen beds. A third full bathroom includes a soaking tub.
• Also on this floor: a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer.

The property includes one designated parking space, with an additional shared parking space available within the resort.

BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.
