Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.

To be eligible for a full refund, any reservation cancellation must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date shall be subject to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount paid.

No-shows and cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date shall not be eligible for any refund.

When applicable, refunds shall be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date and will incur a 4.5% transaction fee.

As part of the Reunion Resort community, guests have access to a wide range of amenities distributed throughout different areas of the neighborhood.

The resort offers multiple swimming pools located across various sections, each with its own atmosphere and setting, along with spa areas, fully equipped fitness centers, playgrounds, and outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and leisure.

Rather than a single centralized area, the amenities are spread throughout the community, allowing guests to explore different environments within the resort and enjoy a variety of options during their stay. This setup provides flexibility to relax, stay active, or simply enjoy time outdoors in a well-maintained and thoughtfully designed community environment.

The location provides convenient access to Orlando’s main attractions, as well as nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options, making it a practical base for your stay in Central Florida.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

If you need to, please request Pack & Play one day before your arrival.

BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

For the safety and security of our guests, our vacation homes are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras strategically placed on the front porch and sides of the property. These cameras are positioned solely for security purposes and do not face any private areas of the home, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
