Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay! The bed, towels, linens were wonderful. Walks on the beach, hanging at the pool and watching the launches were highlights. Lin was very responsive and shared suggestions on local restaurants. I would add the Bat Cave restaurant for great burgers and tap beer and the Cadillac Cove is walking distance. Thanks Lin and Jack- we will be back.

Couldn’t have asked for more. Condo was clean, quiet, convenient and all residents extremely friendly! Owners were always available to answer any questions we had. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great stay at Sand Castle

My 89 year old mom has been staying at Sand Castle for many years. This unit was clean and well maintained. The listing said accommodates 4 people. But there was only the one bed. She was hoping for a pull out couch as we came down to check on her throughout her 2 month stay. Overall, the unit was as shown in photos. Great spot for her extended stay. Thanks for sharing your home.

Cute and comfortable

Lovely, well furnished, quiet and right on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. It was immaculate. I have allergies and appreciated that there were no mold, cigarette, or animal odors. The bed was very comfortable. My son in law wants the name of your remodeler and decorator. There were only 2 of us, but there is a hide a bed in the living room I assume for guests. I'm not sure how it would open out since there is lots of furniture in the living room. Sand Castle has ample parking, a great pool, and lovely well maintained grounds. Walking on the beach each day was a treat. Hope to return next year. The owners are conscious and concerned about their guests.

I rented from Lin and Jack from Nov 1, 2021 - Dec 28, 2021. I worked remotely for the most of my stay, but I was able to look across the room to see the sun hitting the beautiful ocean waves. When I did go to the beach, there was little traffic, which made my Vit D time very peaceful and relaxing. The condo is very well decorated with high-end finishes and I slept well every single night there. I had several questions that Lin responded to and addressed very quickly. There are two washer/dryer units right beside the unit, as well as the convenient elevator … and if you time it right, you can watch the sunset off of the front balcony. I captured oh many gorgeous sunrises just 5-10 steps to the right of my condo door. Exactly what I needed.

First Time Snowbirding Experience

The property was clean and everything as advertised. The location was exceptional and the other tenants were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the easy access to the beach for our daily walks. The only drawback was the fact that the pool was not heated. The Sandcastle property manager lives on site and is very friendly and helpful.

Getaway with Friends

We stayed here for 1 month. The entire condo is beautifully decorated/updated. Clean, comfortable, including bed! Slept fantastic. Located next to laundry, convenient (no noise). Not oceanfront but literally steps away from full ocean view-3rd floor. Quiet and very peaceful. Beach in front of condo rarely had more than 2-3 groups. Came mid March— swam in pool, just took moment to adapt, but pool was great!! Nice to know Cocoa Beach was just 10 minutes North. Very easy to get around area. Owner Linda gave a great run down on area restaurants and provided helpful info. Owners very quick to respond to txt messages, were very accommodating!! 😁👍👍👍

Disappointed

There was a photo on the posting in Vrbo that was clearly captioned “the view from our living room window”. It was on the basis of that photo that we decided to rent this property. When e we saw the view from the living room window was instead of a wall, we were very disappointed and felt we had been deceived. When I spoke of this to the owner we received no response. Otherwise the unit was lovely. All the cupboards were overcrowded with junk but we were able to move stuff around to make room for our food

Thanks for the comment that the unit was lovely. The majority of our guests love this unit and most of our renters are repeaters. It’s sad that you felt the kitchen cabinets were overcrowded but we strive to provide all essential items for a wonderful stay. Lastly we relabeled the window view in question as it is our goal for our renters to see this beautiful upscale beach unit exactly as pictured.

Quiet and beautiful

Condo at Sand Castle on Sattilite Beach

It was our first experience staying on the Atlantic side of Florida. We enjoyed every minute of our time there! Our accommodations were superb. the condo has been re done and the choices and décor were perfect. Owners Jack and Linda were available immediately if ever we needed anything or just had questions. We loved it so much, we already booked for next year. I would find it hard pressed to find one negative thing about our stay. One thing, although extremely minute, would be another mirror somewhere....but really is that even an issue? Another great thing was the regular renters that we met there, they were awesome. We are so glad you have enjoyed our beachfront condo and will be returning next year. We do our best to make your stay comfortable and rememberable. We completely renovated this unit with top of the line furnishings, appliances and decor to give our guests the penthouse ( cape cod beach style experience). I never thought of a second mirror, but I will look around and see if I can fine the perfect place for an additional one. Thanks for the suggestion, and we look forward to your return.

Very peaceful vacation spot

I stayed here with two of my kids ages 16 and 19. We had an excellent beach vacation stay the last week of March. I think peak Spring Break had just ended. Pros: The condo is decorated very nicely with upscale furnishings and fixtures. The beach and pool were nearly deserted every day. It was very tranquil. We also visited Cocoa and Daytona beaches for variety which are roughly 20 and 90 minutes North respectively. Convenient location with shopping and dining nearby. Cons: This condo's location within the building is unfortunate. The view from living room windows is a walkway/wall. The master BR overlooks A1A. Hence no reason to open the beautiful wooden shutters. Other: The restaurants the owners recommended were excellent: "Florida Seafood" and "New England Eatery". Common Sense Warning: The Florida sun will burn you quickly even when it is overcast. Wear sunscreen without fail and think about taking a long lunch break to escape the peak sun exposure. If you are going to book a fishing charter plan ahead and reserve before you arrive. They fill up fast.

Thanks Mike, we completely agree this unit is extremely peaceful, tranquil and completely upgraded. Based on its location in this beachfront building we do feel, although small there is a good view from the living room, but to really watch the ocean just step outside the door to see, smell and enjoy the beach. Also as with all the condo's right on the beach they are nestled between the beach and A1A. This a perfect spot if you want both the serenity and the beachfront experience. Wonderful Home Away From Homr

2015 was the second time I rented this condo. I stayed for 14 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The condo is tastefully decorated and well equipped. Has new appliances, wifi, and cable. Clean laundry room with washer/dryers next door to this condo. The full time residents and renters are quiet and friendly. The owners are very responsive to any request. The area has plenty restaurants, grocery/drug stores, recreation centers/activities. The only potential problem is the elevator. I heard it may be replaced. The elevator was quickly repaired while I was there.

A Gem

This was my VRBO and they were wonderful and pleasant to deal with. The unit gave me what I was looking for and during my state my son and his wife joined me for a week they too were impressed. Satellite Beach is a hidden gem in my opinion. I will rent here again.

Wonderful Winter Get Away

I stayed in the condo about 6 weeks and couldn't ask for anything better. The condo was very clean and ready for my arrival. The third floor, reached by elevator, was quiet and next to the laundry room. The condo has been newly renovated with attractive decor. The condo is on the beach with pool and on main road A1A, so easy to get places. The owner is accommodating and helpful when necessary. I had a wonderful time and hated to leave. I hope to rent the condo in 2016.

Clean and Neat

This unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with high end appliances and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and lots of channels on the cable service plus DVR. The size of the unit (small) makes it suitable for a couple.The building is ocean front and pool is right on the ocean, although in March is was too cold for us. Not sure if its heated. The only reason we gave this unit 3 stars is that there is no ocean view from the unit and this was important to us. The front of the unit overlooks a wall of an outdoor hallway, one of only a few units in this building situated this way. This also restrictes natural light in the main living area. If having an ocean view in not important to you this is a fine unit.

Thanks for spending your vacation at our beautiful beachfront condo. We feel the view of the ocean overlooking the pool from the unit is a good view, maybe not to your taste however being in the breezeway means a quieter unit. The pool and the beach are at your footsteps and the unit has been totally renovated making it an upscale high end beachside unit. Totally a five star unit by most standards.

Beautiful Beach - Clean Modern Condo

Enjoyed a great March Break at Satellite Beach. Condo was clean and newly renovated. Although the water view is limited, the miles of sand beach are right outside the door. We did not have any problems during our stay and everything was as advertised. Owners were easy to deal with, and access instructions were clear. We found lots to do in the area and some nice restaurants. Fishing and good surfing waves right out front, kayaking nearby.

Beautifully renovated

We found this area by mistake after a week vacation in Disney. It is truly a hidden gem. We have been visiting for the past four years and have fell in love with all the wonderful amenities this beach town has to offer. If you want un-crowded beaches, and a quiet area to enjoy strolling down the beach this is a wonderful place to visit. Great for families and couples alike.
When we are not in residency we like to share this beautiful condo with others as we consider it a blessing.
