Welcome to our 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath BREEZY BEACH condo featuring a King Master Suite and a stunning OCEAN VIEW. Space-X Launches are visible from the deck. Such a unique and tranquil getaway to all the Space Coast has to offer.

*Your reservation requires a 5 day advance notice for HOA approval. Please provide your best email after booking so we can email you the specific HOA application that must be submitted for approval.

SAFETY FIRST:

We follow a five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on a cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.

Here are a few highlights:

* We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
* We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and
we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
* We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
* We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
* We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning
guidelines

💵 Note: A $60 per applicant background check fee is required by the HOA. Please send your best email address and we will send you the form.

*The Beach/Pool is NOT easily replaceable. You will receive one key upon check-in, if the key is lost and not recoverable you will be charged $200.

- Reservation must allow 10 days for HOA approval prior to your arrival
-All Communication must be through the chat feature of the AirBnb app.
-Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is not Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal
-Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
-No parties or spring breakers please-this is a property for those who want to relax -not for young wild parties -set in a quiet location.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING on property
-This is a quiet family neighborhood and we have a quiet time from 10:00pm to 8:00am nightly.
- Checkout is at 10:00am.
- There is a lost key fee of $100 for any key that's lost and not recoverable.
-No Refunds on reservations cancelled due to a violation of our House Rules

***We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home back home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

Before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do:

1. When you leave, lock the door and return the key to the lockbox. Don't forget to scramble the code and close the cover to help us protect the box. There is a $100 replacement cost for each key

2. The checkout time is at 10 AM. Please be courteous and be out by then so housekeeping can get started.

3. Be sure to check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind, and log out of your Netflix or any other streaming services you may have used.

4. Turn off all overhead lights and set the A/C thermostat to 77 degrees.

5. Please strip any beds that were slept in and leave the bedsheets on the floor at the foot of the bed.

6. Make sure all the windows are shut.

7. Wash and put away any used kitchenware and dishes.
