The House
Casa Grande is a spacious two-level home with an airy layout and plenty of natural light throughout.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a large open living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a full dining table, comfortable seating, and a dedicated workspace. This level also includes a generous bedroom with a comfortable double bed and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with shower. The living areas are designed for natural airflow and are complemented by several ceiling fans.

Upstairs features a second large, open bedroom with air conditioning, its own bathroom with shower, and another dedicated desk — ideal for guests who need space to work or read. This upper level also offers a private covered terrace, creating an additional peaceful outdoor space.

Each bedroom has its own writing desk, making Casa Grande particularly comfortable for longer stays or remote work.

Outside on the ground level, the house offers a spacious covered private terrace with dining table, seating area, and hammock overlooking the garden — perfect for relaxed meals, reading, or unwinding after the beach.

Casas Bonita – The Property
Casas Bonita is a small adults-only tropical retreat with five individual homes arranged around a shared garden and pool. The atmosphere is quiet, personal, and relaxed — ideal for guests who value privacy and a peaceful environment rather than a busy resort.
Guests enjoy self-check-in, access to the shared pool surrounded by tropical greenery, and a calm natural setting throughout the property.

Location
Casa Grande is located about 800 meters from the center of Sámara and approximately 850 meters from the beach, close enough to reach everything easily while still enjoying a peaceful residential setting.
A French bakery is just a short stroll away, and the nearest supermarket is about 700 meters from the property. Restaurants, cafés, yoga studios, surf schools, and the Saturday market are all within comfortable walking distance. A car is not necessary.

Air Conditioning
Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms only and is individually metered.
Electricity for A/C is billed by consumption (₡140 per kWh), allowing guests full control over their usage.
The spacious living and kitchen areas are naturally airy and equipped with several ceiling fans to maintain a comfortable indoor climate.

Weekly Cleaning
A thorough cleaning is provided once per week and includes:
fresh towels and bed linens
bathroom cleaning
sweeping and mopping
This keeps the home comfortable for longer stays while maintaining your privacy.
Dishes, personal belongings, and the stove are not cleaned, and the house should be kept reasonably tidy so the cleaner can work efficiently.

Starter supplies are provided on arrival (hand soap, body soap, dish soap, trash bags).
Shared washing machine available on the property (₡3000 per load).
No washing machine inside the house.
Pool towels are provided (indoor towels for indoor use only).
Reliable internet suitable for remote work. As in many tropical areas, brief power or water interruptions may occasionally occur, but services are usually restored quickly.
Non-smoking property.
Washing cars, motorcycles, or bicycles with property water is not permitted.
