The beach house is absolutely amazing. It’s actually really big and the ocean can be heard from every room. You get a big garage and another parking spot which really comes in handy. The best thing about this beach house is the patio. It is very spacious and looks right at the ocean. The living room also has several large windows with views of ocean. The place has everything you need cooking. The surrounding areas have restaurants, bars, wineries, goat farm, tons of walking paths and a golf course that is within walking distance. There are places to listen to live music a farmers market every week. Honestly my favorite place to vacation and my dog loved it so much too. I can’t say enough nice things about this beach house. will be returning to this place for my next big vacation.

Lovely Property! Very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We were walking distance to everything and enjoyed the sound of the ocean while we slept. We would love the opportunity to stay again!

Amazing Location and Views!

We came to the Central Coast for wine tasting. This is the perfect house/condo for that! You have an amazing location, view, as well as comfortable beds, and accommodations. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Weekend trip with family

This was our first time visiting Avila Beach. The property was great! The view from the front balcony was beautiful and we made sure to sit outside and just take in the view, the sound of the waves and the fresh air. The location was only a block away from the beach and having access to the garage for parking made it less stressful. The unit was upstairs and had plenty of room for our entire family. We were close enough to have our daughter who attends CP SLO come and stay with us for the short weekend. Will definitely book agin in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We LOVED staying at this condo, it was updated, clean, balcony was an amazing addition, garage was great for wagon and kids jogger storage, and location could not be better! We will be coming back next year!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 4th time staying at this house. We love it. You can sit on the front porch and watch the waves and people. It is in close walking distance to beach and shops. Our favorite restaurant in Avila is The Old Custom House. This unit comes with parking in garage and one parking pass, which is very nice when having people visit. The only thing this unit does not have is a BBQ. If it had one it would be perfect. We would recommend this unit to anybody.

Perfect Spot by the Beach

The condo is a block form the beach with a great view from patio of ocean front. You can hear the waves crashing at night when you sleep. Condo was well setup for our family get together. We had 3 at the place and 2 more staying at hotel around the corner. Condo was large enough for us to have several meals at the condo for all 5 of us.

This Avila Beach condo was clean, spacious, and had everything our family needed for a perfect vacation stay in Avila. The host was easy to reach for last minute questions. The decor and furniture and bedrooms were clean, and comfortable. We rented the second floor condo which came with a parking pass for parking in their little lot, but also, came with use of a one-car garage which was handy because we were at Avila during Cal Poly Graduation and the place was packed that weekend. We loved it! We will rent from this company again for sure.

Spring break in Avila Beach

We have stayed at this property two times. The views and location cannot be beat! The property is clean and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. We enjoyed doing the puzzles from the games closet on the rainy days.
