Getting Around:

The home is centrally located, making it easy to get around without long drives. Most downtown attractions, dining, and offices are reachable within a short drive or quick rideshare. Uber and Lyft are readily available at all hours, and the nearby freeway access makes trips to the airport, beaches, or other parts of San Diego straightforward. Free on-site parking is included for guests who prefer to drive

Guests must be 25+ to book and we kindly ask that the booking guest stays at the property. A valid ID is requested to help ensure a smooth check-in.

To keep the space fresh and comfortable for all guests, the home is smoke-free (including vaping). Any violation will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Comfortably sleeps 6, with a pull-out bed available for an extra guest upon request for $50 per night.

For the comfort of future guests, pets aren’t accommodated at this property

We ask guests to keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of consideration for others.
