Welcome to this beautifully remodeled retreat, ready to welcome you and your family home during your San Diego stay. Enjoy the open floor plan which includes an oversized "bonus" room - great for family meals and competitive game nights! The kitchen is equipped with basic spices and plenty of supplies for making delicious family meals. The home has 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a bunk bed with 2 twin beds) and 2 bathrooms (including an en-suite bathroom off of the master bedroom). The modern backyard patio has a fire pit, TV, dining table, grill and lounge seating -perfect for enjoying our beautiful San Diego nights. Amenities include WiFi, 2 smart TVs, basic cable channels through the Spectrum app, heating, A/C, and more. Whether you're looking for a soothing getaway or a fun family vacation, this property has everything you need. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. This was the best experience we could have asked for and cannot wait to return the next time we are in the area. The host is super responsive, the house was spotless, and there were plenty of places to hangout.

Super clean, comfortable, and beautiful house to stay! It is centrally located. Linda is a very nice and helpful host. We came from San Francisco Bay Area to here attending our son’s graduation! Every time we came back from outside, we felt so relaxed inside this house! We will come renting this house again when we visit San Diego next time.

We were in San Diego for the Holiday Bowl. The location was perfect. Walkable to Snapdragon Stadium. Short drive to the beach and zoo. Lovely home.

Linda was an excellent host. We never actually met, only via email. Her home was simple, easy to use and mist importantly it was very clean! I would highly recommend staying here if the bedrooms suit your needs. The location worked well for us, as it is close to all the major freeways, and being that it was inland a bit kept the price down!Again, it was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans you may need. I would stay again!

Family vacation

We used this home on a family vacation. We were slightly too big for a hotel so the home was a great fit. Everything was as listed. Since we were going all over SD the location was good. It was about 10-20 minutes from every thing we wanted to get to. It’s in a residential suburb neighborhood on a semi-busy street.

Hidden gem

The rental is as advertised, with no surprises. The home is clean, well maintained, and well furnished and equipped. The host is accessible and responsive. Good location with plenty of local amenities close by, and an easy drive to downtown and beaches.

I thought it was everything as explained. I would recommend it. It had everything we needed included things for our grandchild. The outdoor area was an added plus. Hope we get an opportunity to come again. Thank you to the wonderful hostess.

Cute spot

The location was nice for nearby activities. The cleanliness was okay. The house was pretty cold and the heaters were not working properly. The host said they would look into it. The backyard is nice and the fire pit was a nice touch for winter. Getting in and out was easy, the street can get a little busy though. I would visit this home again if I’m ever in town.

Krystal - I'm glad you enjoyed your stay in San Diego and especially made use of the outdoor space! I took a look at the thermostats and they were in 'cold' mode, which is why you had trouble getting the house to your desired temperature. Switching them to 'heat' would have easily solved the issue. Amazing communication!

I was here for a week for work. The host was amazing with communication from the time I booked. She had suggestions on where to eat, what to do. I had plenty of information on our stay to plan since I was working most of the time. The house was set up very well, supplies were fabulous (we cooked) and though we didn't have children, it was nice to see an entire drawer of kid friendly dishes for those who bring children. Outside patio area was lovely for dinner and relaxing after work. Great stay! Only caution for some - it is on a somewhat busy street.
