PRIVATE POOL
A brand-new private in-ground pool is currently under construction and is expected to be completed for Summer 2026. Construction timelines may change due to weather or other factors, and the pool is not guaranteed to be available for all stays. No refunds will be issued due to construction delays.

PET POLICY
We welcome well-trained, potty-trained dogs (preferably older than 2 years). Crate-trained pups are encouraged to prevent unsupervised damage while guests are away. Any pet-related damage will incur a minimum $350 fee. Additional non-refundable pet fee applies and is collected after booking.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A starter set of toiletries, paper products, and detergents is provided for your arrival. Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Linens and bath towels are provided; please bring beach towels for outdoor use.
