Our building is close to the I-5, so you might hear a bit of city buzz, especially during peak hours. It’s all part of the urban charm—but just in case you're a light sleeper, we’ve got you covered with free earplugs & white noise machines for a peaceful night’s rest. Sleep soundly, adventure boldly!
I'm delighted to manage this beautiful condominium. It's a modern, comfortable 1 bedroom/1 ba condo in downtown Seattle. It's one of the more upscale offerings on VRBO. Check out the pics—there’s a lot to enjoy.
No "check-out checklist" which can ask guests to do dishes and laundry, so enjoy Seattle every minute and just leave when you're ready. We’re happy to offer a parking pass which gives you free street parking which is so rare in downtown Seattle.
The calendar is always up to date, so if you've been verified by VRBO, you'll be able to book immediately, and I'll get right back to you with details.
The condo-owners association has imposed a strict 3-night minimum so, I'm sorry to say, we can't accept reservations for fewer nights.
You in town for work? This condo has free high-speed Wi-Fi. For printing jobs, Kinko's/Fed Ex is in the Convention Center a couple blocks away, where you can get just about any kind of custom printing you want, plus shipping services. They have computers to rent and faxes, too.
We're pretty sure you'll find this an ideal hotel alternative: the best in views, comfort, price, and location.
