Unwind in the open living area with a queen sleeper sofa and Smart TV, or head out to the spacious balcony for dolphin sightings, ocean breezes, and unforgettable sunsets.

If you have more than 2 cars, we can share a list of offsite parking lots
Parking pass link will be provided 7 days before arrival.
Monthly & multi-month parking passes available (please inquire).
Peak seasons: Parking may be limited, but overflow parking is available across the street at the North Tower, with a safe crossing at the traffic light.

Our property is undergoing some construction projects, and guests should expect general construction activity during this time. The construction will not impact this unit directly
We appreciate your patience and understanding while these important upgrades take place to enhance the building. Please reach out with any questions!
No trailers or RVs are permitted on the property.
Boat Access
If bringing a boat, please notify us upon booking.
Boat Slip Rental Fees:
$50 per day or $300 per week (+$50 administrative fee).
No refunds.
First-come, first-served boat slips with shore power.
Dock includes 2 fish cleaning stations & water slicker.
Boat Registration Requirements:
Renters must complete a liability waiver and submit:
Current boat registration.
Current boat insurance.
Full payment & documents must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival.
Boat registration with HOA is required and subject to availability.
Trailer Parking:
Fee includes on-site trailer parking.
You may tie up at a first-come, first-served boat slip.
If slips are full, you must remove the boat from the water.
