The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located in a diverse residential neighborhood just a 10 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Toledo. This 3br home has been fully updated with your comfort in mind. The 1st flr features new fold out couch, 55in Roku TV w/ Sling included, or stream your favorites. 3brs upstairs w/ memory foam beds. King, Full, Twin. Finished basement w/ additional living area & work station! Fast WiFi too!

Built in 1954 this 1,100sf home boasts historic charm combined with modern amenities. The finished basement adds an additional space for you to enjoy. Start with a driveway for off street parking, and then through the front door you'll find a colorful, ample sized living room w/ fold out couch and extra seating. Meals are comfortable in the formal dining area w/ 4 chairs, or maybe youd prefer to eat in the kitchen w/ bar stools. There is a Keurig coffee bar, SS appliances & farm sink. Plates, silverware, cooking supplies etc - all provided.

Head upstairs for all new carpeted bedrooms, updated full bath w/ ample toiletries, plush towels, & spacious tub/shower combo. There are 3 private bedrooms all with new memory foam beds, crisp sheets & cozy bedding. Plenty of storage is available in the closets or built ins. BR #1 has a king bed, #2 has a full bed & #3 has a twin. We provide hangers & luggage racks also! Be our guest- there is a stocked linen closet w/ blow dryer, extra TP, first aid kit & more.

Lastly, you wont want to miss the finished basement w/ work station, sectional couch & TV. A new washer dryer are also available for use.

The yard is fenced in and we are pet friendly, however as of fall 2023 a pipe repair left the yard without grass. The neighborhood has sidewalks as well.

Speedy Wifi is also included.

Conveniently located to many shops & restaurants, University of Toledo, UTMC, I-475, I-75, surrounding suburbs, 10 minutes from the Michigan line. This home is in a transitional residential neighborhood near in Toledo, it isnt super walkable but is very close to downtown and all Toledo has to offer.

The Toledo Museum of Art, Glass City Center, Stranahan Theatre and more attractions are around a short 10 minute drive.

Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.

Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early free of charge.

By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed.

By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after. You agree to pay for any pet damages.

Please keep in mind that staying at an VRBO is different than a hotel. The usual nightly rate of this home is less than $100, although it can be higher during weekends/holidays. We stand by our home being less costly than a local hotel room while accommodating more people and being pet friendly. We ask that guests be kind when it comes to leaving reviews. VRBO reviews of 4 stars or less can result in the listing getting kicked off of the platform. We are open to honest feedback. Guests are provided with a direct maintenance number should maintenance be needed during a stay. An info sheet is also located at the property near the front door.

Adding or changing the number of guests, pets, or dates is easy to do through the VRBO platform. Information regarding check-in, check-out, access & wifi instructions can be found in the VRBO App under the "trips" section. Since VRBO discourages communication outside of the platform we ask that our personal cell phones are used for emergency purposes only.

By booking our home you accept our cancellation policy stated in the listing. VRBO offers guests travel insurance for an additional fee. Thank you for not asking us for a refund due to a cancellation made on your end.
