Guest access
Nine acres of grounds include a combination of manicured lawn and landscaping as well as a private lake that can be used for fishing. Fishing poles and a small tackle box are available for use.

The back pond is on a different property that is not included with this rental. The shop/barn is also not included.

HOUSE CAPACITY:
A maximum of 16 people are allowed at the house at all times. Our insurance policy will not allow us to host any additional people at the house. Parties and events are not allowed.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM

SMOKING POLICY:
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the home. If smoke is detected indoors, a $500 cleaning fee will be applied to your reservation. However, we have provided a designated outdoor smoking area in the backyard for your convenience.

PETS:
Up to 2 dogs are allowed and must be included in your reservation to be authorized. There is a $40 per pet additional cleaning fee. You must clean up all pet waste from the yard. Dogs must be crated when you are not in the home.

STORM SHELTER:
6 ft by 8 ft tornado shelter located in garage.

SEPTIC TANK:
We are on a septic tank. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Flushing other items like wipes, feminine products, diapers, etc will result in a clogged septic system and will disrupt your visit. If there is any indication that the septic system is clogged, contact your host immediately. Do not let the problem get worse.

CLEANING & SANITIZATION
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Guest must be 25 years or older to stay alone. Guest under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The cleaning fee includes standard cleaning. Additional cleaning fees will be added if excessive cleaning is required. No glitter or confetti allowed on the property.
