The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Indianapolis. This thoughtfully redesigned 5-bedroom townhome features tall ceilings and an open, multi-level layout that blends comfort with modern style, making it ideal for families and groups traveling together.



The main living area is open concept with a bright and airy feel due to the high ceilings. It packs premium furnishings, a 100" Smart TV, and plush seating that invite you to relax or gather after a day in the city. The open layout allows the space to flow naturally from room to room, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.



The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, a coffee maker, blender, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. While we allow up to 14 guests, it is up to the group to decide if their group size will fit comfortably.



RULES:



• Underage teenagers trying to throw a party is not allowed. I will show up with the police and press charges. ($500 fine)

• NO smoking inside. Smoking outside is completely ok and left overs must be thrown in the fire proof disposal on the deck. Do NOT smoke on furniture outside. ($500 fine)

• NO use of firearms or fireworks on the premises. ($500 fine)

• All damage will be considered intentional/reckless if not reported via email/messenger or phone.

• No pets are allowed in this apartment. $500 fine applies if you bring pets.

•A determination will be made as to whether any damage was intentional/reckless or accidental. Guests will accept responsibility for any non-accidental issues and will be charged for compensation. Shit happens and we are not here to nickel and dime you. This is meant for reckless activity.

• No bookings for guest under the age of 25

• You are limited to the number of guests on the reservation plus 2. If you would like more just confirm first.

• Unless receiving prior approval, check-in , and check-out must be followed for cleaning, maintenance, and other bookings. ($40/hour fine)



Check-Out Instructions

1. Please return the garage and gate clickers

2. Please leave all used beds unmade. Please do not strip beds as our cleaners have a solid process to wash the sheets in order.

3. Please make sure all used dishes are washed or gathered to the sink. Leaving the dishwasher running is perfectly acceptable.

4. Please make sure all trash is gathered and thrown away in the trash bins located in the garage or behind the garage.

5. Please dispose of any leftover food you may have in the refrigerator.

6. It is helpful, but certainly not required, if a load of used towels is thrown in the washer before checking out. Please wash on hot and use bleach.

7. If you check out early, could you kindly send us a message, so we can send our cleaners over to get started. We will send a reminder tomorrow as well. Please do not rush to get out as you have the full time if needed.
