Nuestra casa adosada céntrica de 2 habitaciones y 2 1/2 baños tiene un diseño contemporáneo con un toque de sabor de Indianápolis. fue completamente rediseñado en 2018. Las características incluyen un patio privado, cocina nueva con protector contra salpicaduras personalizado, cabezal de ducha doble en el baño principal con iluminación personalizada. El dormitorio principal, con su televisor de 65 pulgadas, tiene un pequeño balcón con vista al horizonte del centro. Está a solo 10 minutos a pie de la popular avenida Mass Avenue, el distrito de restaurantes, tiendas y entretenimiento de Indy. Centro de convenciones y Lucus Oil Stadium (Colts) paseo corto en Uber / Lyft, paseo en moto Lime / Bird Scooter o una caminata larga (aproximadamente 1 milla). Indianapolis Motor Speedway está a 10 minutos en coche.

This was an excellently located place to stay and when there was an issue with the air conditioning the owners were extremely prompt and professional to fix it. It had everything we needed!

Amazing place!

We had a wonderful time @ Renaissance Place. It was within walking distance to the Convention Center and places to eat. We will definitely return when we visit Indy again.

Great stay!

It was everything we had hoped for. Plenty of room for us and within walking distance of almost every place we wanted to go. Property owner was very helpful in working with us to extend our stay. Would definitely recommend for a Indianapolis visit!

Beautiful townhome in Indy

It was the perfect place to spend a long weekend! Beautifully decorated, cute courtyard, with an awesome master bath. Great location too- right near the city center but still a quiet neighborhood.

This place is awesome. Perfect location for downtown Indianapolis, but still quiet and relaxing. Don't think twice about reserving this property.

3 nights in Indy

Very clean, cute, 2bd rental. We would stay here again. The weather was great and Indy is very flat, so we leveraged the the rental bike network to get to/from downtown.

We’ll maintained. Great location. Perfect for what we needed

We came to celebrate Thanksgiving cause family couldn’t come home. I brought along a lot of what I needed to cook The kitchen had many things in it. Was not as sparse as I thought might be. Could use a few serving bowls but I realize most won’t come there for family meals. Was a wonderful place. Far exceeded what we had hoped for.

Absolutely Perfect!

I admit, I usually do not find the time to write reviews. Positive or negative. But this is an exception I wouldn’t pass up! Our stay at Don & Kim’s townhouse was nothing less than perfect! They were model hosts! Communicative, responsive and above all else - friendly. The townhouse was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed and more! They left treats for our kids for Halloween which the little absolutely adored! This property and its hosts are A+ and will have a repeat family guest!

Exceeded expectations and we would stay here again!!

WOW!! My stay was FANTASTIC! I was very impressed with the condition of the townhouse and all the amenities we had available to us. It's located so close to downtown Indy and tucked away in a safe and lovely neighborhood. There are restaurants and shops within a mile making it easy to walk or drive to amenities. Or use the bus stop at the end of the street. It was ideal having the garage available to us. Inside the home, the decor made it very aesthetic pleasure and functional for our stay. We had more amenities than we needed!! Many thanks to the owners who were responsive and let us know we could reach out to them if we needed anything. This is one of the best stays in a rental home I have ever had including my decades of traveling for work. This will be my first choice for stays in Indy every time!

When we created our townhome, we approached it from that perspective. We wanted to create a place that we would genuinely enjoy staying in ourselves—and one that we could confidently share with others looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable place to stay in Indianapolis.

We completely and meticulously remodeled our townhome with the same attention to detail we would give our own home. Our primary residence is a beautiful home on a lake about 40 minutes from downtown Indianapolis, so when we remodeled and furnished the townhome, our goal was simple: to create a place in Indianapolis that would be as comfortable, beautiful, and well-appointed as our home.

We designed it for ourselves to enjoy when we were in Indy, but also wanted rental guests to have the same experience. As a result, we chose stylish furnishings, finishes, and amenities with comfort and durability in mind—not simply what would be typical for a rental property.

Thoughtfully designed with a mid-century modern aesthetic, Scandinavian influences, and a subtle taste of Indiana, this townhome blends clean lines, natural materials, and comfortable contemporary style.

The primary bedroom features a 65-inch Smart TV with remote-controlled backlighting, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a day in the city. A cozy seating area provides the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in views of the Indianapolis skyline.

The primary bathroom is a standout, featuring two lighted rainfall showerheads and custom 24" x 48" tile, creating a sophisticated, spa-like experience.

The kitchen combines Scandinavian simplicity with custom touches, including a beautifully tiled backsplash and a warm, natural-wood countertop.

The living room offers comfortable seating centered around a 50-inch Smart TV, along with a dedicated workstation featuring a large computer monitor and wireless printer. A Bose Bluetooth Wave radio adds another touch of style and convenience.
