Leonardo Arms 230 is a beautifully updated monthly vacation condo located directly on the beach at the desirable Leonardo Arms condominium. This beachfront retreat offers stunning, unobstructed Gulf views and a comfortable, modern interior designed for extended stays. The condo is nicely decorated throughout, and the recently remodeled kitchen provides a fresh, functional space for cooking at home. Just past the kitchen is a dining area with seating for four, which opens into a stylish living room furnished with comfortable modern couches and a flatscreen TV. Sliding doors lead to the private balcony, where guests can relax and enjoy the breathtaking Gulf views.
The master bedroom is a spacious and inviting retreat featuring a California king bed, its own TV, beautiful views of the Gulf, and a convenient workspace with a desk and chair. The master bathroom has also been recently updated and includes a sleek walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing privacy and convenience for visiting family or friends. A washer and dryer are available in the building for guest use.
Guests staying at Leonardo Arms 230 can head downstairs to enjoy the resort-style pool or walk directly onto the sandy beach right in their backyard. Located on the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach, the condo offers a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to local conveniences. The newly reopened Santini Marina Plaza is just minutes away and features restaurants, shops, and a welcoming island vibe. This condo is the perfect place to unwind, work remotely, or enjoy a long, relaxing stay by the water.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise green Gulf waters.
