*** Lea esta nota antes de continuar con la lectura de la descripción ***: Durante las horas de mayor actividad, realmente necesitamos tratar de mantener la rotación de alquiler de sábado a sábado o esta época del año es entre enero y mediados de abril. De fines de abril a fines de mayo y luego nuevamente de mediados de agosto a mediados de diciembre, podemos ser más flexibles en el requisito de sábado a sábado.

Carlos Pointe Beach Club es uno de los destinos más deseables en el suroeste de Florida. Ubicada directamente en el Golfo de México, nuestra unidad es un condominio completamente remodelado de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños con azulejos nuevos, gabinetes nuevos, baños nuevos y una cocina nueva. El condominio está decorado con un cómodo motivo de isla. Hay una cocina completa, un televisor en cada habitación, cable, DVD, VCR, Wi-Fi en la unidad y estéreo en la sala de estar, lo que garantiza que no extrañará las comodidades del hogar.

Está a solo una corta caminata sobre el puente levadizo que cruza el Paso Big Carlos, allí se encontrará en la entrada del Parque Estatal Key de Lover. Travel Channel ha calificado la playa del parque estatal como una de las diez mejores playas de Florida.

Ya sea en el parque estatal o en nuestra gigantesca playa privada en el frente, este extremo de la isla ofrece una buena pesca de surf. Hay una parada para el Island Trolley justo al lado de nuestro estacionamiento gratuito. Está a un corto trayecto de Times Square en el extremo norte de la isla. Allí encontrará una vida nocturna más activa que incluye docenas de tiendas, restaurantes al aire libre, bares, artistas callejeros, espectáculos en vivo, una playa pública y el famoso muelle de Fort Myers Beach.

The stay and location was perfect for two people. The view from the lanai is lovely. All the essentials were provided inside the condo and also for beach day like chairs and beach towel. Beach is quiet and big. Pool is nice. Great communication from Bill and Brenda. Easy parking. We would definitely come back here and book again!

The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Brenda was easy to work with and supplied us with all the information to make our stay enjoyable. The bathrooms pictured in VRBO had been completely renovated and were super nice. The new bridge across the inlet opened while we were there. There is still renovations going on in other units but it didn’t disrupt our stay at all. We had a wonderful stay.

Peaceful Vacation

Location on south end of Fort Myers is one of the most peaceful vacation spots we have ever visited. Shelling, large beach, and laid back place that makes you feel like it is a private resort where all amenities are offered. The owners are caring and kind and willing to help in any way. We love this place and have visited more than once. It is close to Orlando, The Keys, The Everglades and almost Paradise.

Easy getaway

Bill was easy to communicate with. The condo is outdated and needs some TLC, but was inexpensive and easy to get around to activities. Excellent pool and sun deck. Beach was not our favorite, but we are from north FL where we have stunningly beautiful beaches. Overall a great value getaway.

Just what we needed

We enjoyed our stay at this location. We felt like we had our own private beach as there were only a hand full of families also on the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants but not too close. Communication with owner was timely and smooth. Others have mentioned the walk to the water was a treck, but I would say it was well worth it. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Dolphins everyday with stingrays and shells on the beach or in shallow water. I would recommend and we plan to come again!

Quiet, relaxing end of Fort Myers!

Well stocked kitchen! Washer and dryer in the unit. 4-5 beach towels, several beach chairs and one small hand-held igloo cooler available in the unit. Easy elevator access. White, fine sand beach. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from your lanai. Would stay here again!

Great unit

The unit is exactly as advertised and the hosts were responsive before and during the stay. The only real issue we had with the property was noise – The condo managers run leaf blowers for hours and other maintenance equipment basically every day, starting early. There is also a construction project on the street the property is on that runs 6 days a week during all daylight hours. This is supposed to be finished by the end of 2021, but check before you book if the noise is a concern. The property's by the pool, so you also hear pool noise while the pool is open (which is only until dusk.) The other con of the property is the distance to water is relatively long, and the fact that there aren't any waves at the beach – because of the position of the channel there's effectively no surf, which means you don't "hear" the ocean. This is minor, but worth noting. The pros of course are the view, the well-stocked (with dishes, etc.) kitchen, and speedy Internet access (except the range isn't perfect on the lanai, though it does still work.) There are also smart TVs in each room so you can find plenty of entertainment. The air conditioning and ceiling fans also help make sure you're always comfortable. The unit was also quite clean when we arrived.

Beautiful Area of Florida

This vacation rental is convenient to dining, entertainment, and relaxing by the water. The hosts provided detailed information, beach chairs with umbrellas, fishing rods, and a fully equipped and comfortable place to stay. The area is beautiful and away from the crowds. If you are looking for a week or weekend of paradise, then you will find it here. Dolphins, sea birds, and shells are calling us to return! :D

Relaxing

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The beach was not crowded, very clean and so much wild life! We saw manager, dolphins, starfish, crabs, many birds, amazing! The Condo was well kept & pleasant. The only thing I can complain about was the rowdy crowds at the pool which we could see and hear from our lanai. One guy passed out in the chair and was left, he finally got up way pass dusk! Over all it was just what we needed.

Relaxing

The condo was exceptionally clean. The layout of the condo is spacious with a lanai facing the beach. Plenty of bath towels and lots of beach towels & chairs. The pool area is pretty & well maintained. The owner was available for communication concerning a small situation that arose & was very understanding. We were able to relax & enjoy our stay.

Everything was perfect

Vacationed here with our 2 small children. Everything was great. The place was very beautiful, clean and it had everything needed. The kids loved their room and the pool. We enjoyed the walks on the beach, saw dolphins, beautiful birds, star fish and lots of sea shells right there.

Lots of beach and shells.

Really enjoyed our stay at Carlos Point Unit #215. We were surprised how wide the sand area was, a good 5-6 minute walk to get to the water. Current was too fast along the beach to venture into the water over knee deep at this southern end of the island. Travelled 6 miles to the north island beaches to enjoy the surf. Can't really walk to anything close. But if you are looking for an affordable condo on a quiet Gulf front beach this is the place for you!

Nice, quiet, clean condo located on the beach!

We enjoyed the location of this condo. It was close to shopping, restaurants and several other things to do. The condo was clean, supplied with everything you could possibly need including beach chairs and beach towels. The walk is about 5 or so minutes from the room. The owners were beyond nice and very easy to work with. If you are looking for a quiet, beach that isn't crowded this is for you.

Beautiful beach

Very nice, clean, great location for people who don’t need to be in Time Square. Short drive to grocery store, bars and restaurants. Beach right outside with a view from lanai. Pool was very well kept up with daily . Great time!!

We bought our first unit at Carlos Pointe in 2010. We had a chance to add to the portfolio in 2015. So, we added this unit.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

As a bonus for nature lovers, for a few months each spring and summer, our beach becomes an extension of the Little Estero Island Critical Wildlife Area. There are 18 active Critical Wildlife Areas in all of Florida. Our beach serves as the southern border of Little Estero CWA, the only Critical Wildlife Area located in Lee County.

Roger Tory Peterson, famed ornithologist and author of the 'First Modern Field Guide To Birding' visited Little Estero Island and declared it 'possibly the best place in the world to photograph shorebirds'.

During the spring and summer months, our beach becomes prime nesting territory for sea turtles and a few of the estimated 150 species of birds that visit our island annually. We consider it a great privilege to serve as host for these animals during nesting season. While they raise their young each summer, we'll reserve some of our huge beach as a sanctuary. This provides outstanding observation opportunities right outside our back door. During this period, we allow the native beach vegetation to regrow to provide cover. Some of our beach does get restricted from human activity during this period. Don't worry though, the birds and turtles are very willing to compromise on beach space. So, you will still have plenty of beach to use! As soon as the baby birds are grown and done nesting, we'll remove the restricted areas and resume grooming operations. So, if you want to enjoy the birds, it's best to book between April and August!
