You’ll be renting a completely renovated, fully equipped, approximately 90 m² floor (first floor) with a balcony in a Wilhelminian-style villa. <br>It’s centrally located yet quiet, on a side street. The bedroom (king-size bed, 2x2m) faces the garden/forest (west) and guarantees a peaceful night’s sleep. The apartment has gas central heating (partially underfloor heating) and features a wood-burning stove for cozy winter evenings. The large kitchen-living room (60 m², top-of-the-line appliances) can be divided into two rooms using a sliding door, allowing the separate room to be used as an additional bedroom (full-size pull-out bed, 1.8 x 2 m) or a cozy retreat. A washing machine and drying room are available in the basement.<br>The very central location allows you to reach the major cities of Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Wuppertal within 20–30 minutes by train or S-Bahn. The main train station is only about an 8-minute walk away. The pedestrian zone, with its cafés, restaurants, and shops, is the same distance away. About 100 meters away, a wooded area begins, perfect for walks or long hikes. We offer secure storage for bicycles you bring with you.<br>The location is an ideal starting point for bike tours and hikes along the Rhine, into the Bergisches Land region, or along the excellently developed bike trails that follow former railroad lines to Wuppertal, Remscheid, or Wermelskirchen.<br>
