We have 4 external cameras for your safety - a doorbell camera, one at the garage pointing at the driveway, one on the side of the house pointing at the side gate and yard, one in the backyard with a general view of the yard. No cameras are pointed at the interior of the house.

We’re delighted to host you and ask that you help us maintain the serene atmosphere of the home and surrounding community.

Respect for the Home & Neighborhood
• This is a quiet, well-established neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
• Do not enter, use, or block neighboring driveways.
• Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. Loud noise or music after this time is not permitted.
• Any neighbor complaint may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Energy & Safety
• Before leaving the home, please turn off the stove, oven, fire pit, grill and fireplaces, and unplug unused items such as hair tools and chargers.
• The AC thermostat must not be set below 69°F, as lower settings may damage the system.

Children & Supervision
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the property, including around the hot tub, sauna and game room.

Indoor Comfort
• We kindly ask that shoes are removed indoors to help preserve the floors and keep the home fresh.

Smoking Policy
• Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property.
• Evidence of smoking will result in a $1,000 fee.

Gatherings & Events
• Parties, events, celebrations, bachelor or bachelorette stays are not permitted.
• Violation will result in immediate cancellation and a $1,000 fee.

Check-In
• Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM.

Guests
• Only registered guests listed on the reservation may be on the property.
• No extra or overnight guests are allowed.
• If occupancy does not match the reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the stay.

Deliveries
• Please do not have mail or packages delivered to the home. We recommend using a nearby pickup location.

Home Setup
• Furniture may not be moved or rearranged.
• Please do not unplug TVs, Roku devices, cable boxes, lamps, or other electronics.

Early Arrivals & Luggage
• Pre-check-in luggage storage is not guaranteed and is only possible when available, by request, and for a fee.

Pets
• Pets are not permitted on the property.
• Evidence of pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
• Service animals are welcome in accordance with VRBO policy. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under this policy.

Parking
• The garage is not available for vehicle parking, as it has been thoughtfully converted into a climate-controlled game room and theatre.
• Driveway parking is available. Street parking may be permitted with prior HOA approval—please let us know in advance if additional parking is needed. We will take care of the arrangements for you.

Bunk Bed Safety
• Bunk beds are intended for children only.
• The top bunk is not suitable for young children and should be used only by those able to climb safely.
• No jumping or rough play on or around the bunk bed.
• Children should use the bunk bed with appropriate adult supervision.

By booking this home, guests acknowledge that hot tubs, saunas and bunk beds involve inherent risks and agree to assume responsibility for safe use. The host is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.

To complete your spa retreat, guests may choose to enjoy an optional in-home massage provided by a licensed professional massage therapist. Sessions are paid directly to the therapist, and availability can be coordinated in advance to complement your stay.

During cooler months, massages may be enjoyed indoors in a warm, tranquil setting. In fair weather, guests may also opt for an outdoor experience beside the European glass sauna and water feature, creating a serene, nature-immersed atmosphere.

Optional Granville Community Clubhouses Access
Guests may apply for access to any of 3 Granville community clubhouses, offering resort-style amenities just minutes away. A $15 per person fee is paid directly to the clubhouse. If you’d like access during your stay, please let us know before arrival and we’ll help coordinate the registration.

Details are provided after booking. The host does not collect payment or act as a scheduling agent.

The closest clubhouse is only a few houses from the home.
