Spend your days soaking in the 45-foot infinity-edge pool (optional heating available) with beach entry, unwinding in the 8-person hot tub, or challenging friends on the 9-hole putting green. The poolside deck is perfect for gathering, complete with an outdoor kitchen and bar, fire pit, outdoor shower, and classic games like bocce ball and horseshoes—all under Sedona’s famous skies.



Inside this expansive 4,500+ square-foot retreat, the fun and comfort continue. Its remote location is part of the magic and is how you get the breathtaking views and serene atmosphere that you won’t find anywhere else in Sedona. Most guests find themselves so captivated by the beauty and tranquility here that they never want to leave.



While it feels wonderfully secluded, you’re still within easy reach of local attractions. The lively restaurant and beer/wine scene in downtown Cottonwood is just 10 miles (about 20 minutes) away, and the shopping, hiking, and iconic scenery of Sedona is only 15–20 miles (roughly 35–40 minutes) from the property.

Getting Around:

By Car: Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace. Having a car makes it easy to visit the many shopping centers, restaurants, and other points of interest in the area.

Rideshare Services: Options like Uber and Lyft may not be available to reach the Sanctuary. For local transportation, Groome Transportation can be booked in advance.

- No pets allowed.

- No parties or events allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- A maximum of 16 people is allowed on the property, per the County regulations for vacation rentals.

- An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes.

- You can park up to 15 cars on the property. There are covered parking spaces behind the home, or you may park in the gravel circle in front of the home. The garage does have two parking spaces, but the garage also doubles as the game and workout room.

- If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability

- The pool can be heated for a fee of $200/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May. We require at least a 24 hours notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated, and it must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!

- If you’d like us to check the current pool temperature 48 hours before your arrival to determine whether heating is needed, just reach out.

- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
