Right next to the Garmisch-Partenkirchen spa gardens, this unique flat is located on the ground floor of a modern new building. With over 100 sqm, it offers you enough space for 5 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The location of the flat offers you both the peace and quiet you need to relax and the perfect starting point in the heart of Garmisch to explore the town and the surrounding mountains. A large, open-plan living room with living area and dining table combines the ideal place to gather with a modern, fully equipped kitchen where you can realise your culinary ideas.

Floor-to-ceiling windows let plenty of light into the flat and bring the lush greenery of the adjacent park right into your home, so to speak. The floor and the furniture in natural solid wood combine a certain warmth and cosiness with contemporary design.

Adjacent to the living room are a large, a medium and a smaller bedroom, as well as a bathroom with ground-level shower, double washbasin, washing machine and dryer. The bedrooms are each furnished with comfortable box-spring double beds, spacious wardrobes, flat-screen TVs and desks, providing a comfortable retreat and sleeping space. The floor-to-ceiling windows can be opened to allow direct access to the garden from the bedrooms.

The large bedroom also has a second bathroom with a ground-level shower, double washbasin and bathtub to relax in. The integrated vents ensure a pleasant indoor climate in all rooms on hot summer days and underfloor heating also provides cosy warmth in winter.

A special highlight is the private garden and the surrounding terrace, which invite you to linger and breathe in the fresh air. A large table and eight chairs as well as two sun loungers are available for a cosy get-together.

The "Parkresidenz" has one parking space in the underground garage, which is easily accessible via the lift in the stairwell. The height of the underground car park entrance is 2.30m. Additionally, there is one more parking space outdoors, next to the garage entrance.
A separate, lockable room for bicycles and ski equipment can also be used.
