Midtown Beat is the ideal home base for groups of up to four looking to experience the best of Traverse City. This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sits in vibrant Midtown—steps from restaurants, shops, bars, theaters, and within walking distance of the Open Space, home of the annual National Cherry Festival.
This two-story condo includes private parking for two vehicles—one in the garage and one in the lot. The layout is perfect for couples or friends traveling together who want shared spaces but also privacy.

Guest bedroom with a queen bed and Roku-enabled TV
Full bathroom
Garage access
Second Floor:
Living room with sectional sofa and smart TV
Well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and coffee maker
Seating for three at the kitchen counter and dining table

A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use. Reliable Wi-Fi and central air ensure comfort for both vacationers and remote workers.
Step outside, and you’ll find local favorites offering live music, great food, and craft beverages just moments away. A set of steps in the parking area leads down to the Boardman River—perfect for riverside walks or kayaking. A dock is available for tying up kayaks, canoes, or other non-motorized watercraft.
A small dog up to 75 lbs is welcome for an additional fee. Please contact management to notify us of your pet; a separate consent form is required.

This home is rented for your quiet enjoyment. Due to liability, township requirements, and insurance policies:
Day guests are not permitted without prior written approval from Management.
Maximum guest capacity may not be exceeded at any time.
Violations may result in fines or eviction as outlined in the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs (if applicable) is provided. Depending on your stay length, you may need to purchase additional supplies. Items not listed are not guaranteed—please contact management if a specific amenity is important.
