This newly renovated and furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house is located in one of the best locations of the highly desirable Regal Oaks Resort with the stunning waterfront view. The backyard of the house faces a beautiful lake and has clubhouse view, it has one of the largest screened patio in the resort. After a long day, you could either sit in the patio chairs/lounge sipping a glass of wine or relax in the private hot tub and enjoy the beautiful lake view. You could often see DEER coming by the water enjoying the view with you! The house is totally carpet-free so that you don`t need to worry about allergies caused by the carpet fabric. It is our goal and top priority to make sure you feel as comfortable and enjoyable as possible when you stay in this house, we provide high-quality furniture, luxurious bedding, as well as cookware, and kitchen and dining supplies. We also provide a high chair, Pack `n Play, stool for your children.
LIVING SPACE:
The living room is comfortable and spacious – designed to maximize comfort and convenience and ensure that there is plenty of room for you and your whole family. The living room includes a comfortable sofa (with sofa bed), 2 armchairs, a coffee table, and a TV for your entertainment.
The lanai is the perfect place to relax – whether you want to relax in the jacuzzi or simply enjoy the lake view and beautiful Florida sunshine from the comfort of the chaise lounges. You could also walk outside the screened patio to enjoy the water in the backyard.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is well-equipped with all of the cookware and dining supplies, this is to offer you the flexibility of being able to enjoy a home-cooked meal while you are away from home. The supplies including pots, pans, blender, mixing bowls, kettle, oven tray, mitts, and more. We offer free instance coffee packs for your convenience, but we do have a traditional coffee machine as alternative.

In addition to a TV in the living room, there is a TV in master bedroom
BEDROOMS:
All 3 bedrooms are on the second floor: a master bedroom with a King bed, an en-suite bathroom and private balcony; a guest bedroom with a Queen bed; a kids bedroom with 2 twin beds). Each bedroom is fully furnished with luxury bedding, dresser, and closet, and are beautifully decorated to ensure that you feel at home!
LITTLE ONES:
To ensure a perfect stay for families with young children, we have included a high chair, booster seat, pack `n play with mattress, baby bathtub, as well as a kids step stool.
ADDITIONAL:
For your convenience, washer and dryer are included, as well as an iron, ironing board, and multiple hair dryers. Fresh bath towels and pool towels are also provided. The pool towels can be used at the resort clubhouse’s swimming pool but must be brought back to our house after use.

As part of your stay, you will have full access to the beautiful Regal Oaks Resort and all its amenities free of charge! With the resort’s 24-hour on-site security, you will be sure to feel at ease during your holiday, while the recreational activities available are sure to create a playful and relaxing environment for the whole family. The resort has swimming pools, a jacuzzi, water slides, and a poolside bar – perfect for hours of family fun outdoors under the sun. The Regal Oaks Clubhouse (only a 2 min walk from the home) is the hub of the resort, which includes features for adults and children alike. Enjoy the use of the fitness center and tennis courts and grab a bite to eat at the restaurant and mini-market. The business center is also available for any desktop access or printing needs.

Jacuzzi maintenance is weekly, A/C maintenance and pest control are monthly. A service persons normally access the jacuzzi from the patio door without entering the house, but they may have to enter the house for A/C maintenance or pest control during your stay. Thank you for your cooperation.

This is a self-catering property. If any initial supplies (Keurig k-cups, trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, etc.) that have been provided are used up, you will need to purchase your own for your use. Stored are just 5 minutes away.
Garbage Collection
Garbage is to be placed in the bin under the bench at the front porch. It will be collected on the days indicated on the note posted on the bench. Excessive/large items should be dropped in the dumpster located at the intersection of Corvette Ln and T-Bird Ln.

It is well-known that there are many types of insects around houses in Florida, especially in natural areas. We have hired a pest control company to treat inside and outside of the property regularly to exterminate the insects. However, you are still expected to see insects occasionally which were brought into the house after the treatment through the open-doors and the previous guest`s shopping bags or luggage. Please report to us as soon as you see any insects, pest control technician comes on next business day after the report. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects into the house.
The solar powered LED string lights around the screened patio are turned on and off by the light sensor switches automatically if there is enough sun light exposure to the solar panels during the day. In rainy days and winter season, the solar batteries may not be charged enough to turn the lights on.
OUR ASKS:
- Please no outdoor shoes in the house.
- Please no food or drinks in any bedrooms or upstairs.
- Please turn off all lights and lock all windows and doors whenever you leave.
- Please keep all windows and doors (including the patio door) closed when the air conditioning is on.
- Please bring the outdoor cushions from the outside to the inside to keep them dry and clean.
