A primera vista, los huéspedes verán una planta abierta con una cocina totalmente equipada junto con la sala de estar y el comedor que dan al patio cubierto con piscina privada y lanai. Todo en esta amplia área es perfecto para el entretenimiento y el tiempo en familia. Además, la planta baja cuenta con el primer dormitorio con una cama king size y un baño con una cabina de ducha.
El segundo piso se compone de la suite principal con una cama KingSize y cuarto de baño privado con bañera y doble lavabo. Hay otros dos dormitorios, uno con una litera de tamaño completo, y el otro dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial. Ambas habitaciones comparten el tercer baño que se encuentra en el pasillo junto con el área de la lavadora / secadora.
Blanco, bronceado, gris y negro conforman la mayor parte de la combinación de colores. Pero la presencia de acentos metálicos y paredes decorativas, pisos de baldosas brillantes y mostradores, también agrega carácter a la decoración. Esta casa es acogedora y relajante!

Overall a nice place. I wished they would left cleaning supplies to clean. There was a mop and bucket but nothing else besides water. It also would have been nice for whomever decides to enter the attached pool to identify themselves and wear something that identifies them as a cleaner. This guy came into the private pool attached and would not identify himself just kept getting closer to me and my 8 year old while we was in the private pool. Tried to show me something on google from his phone and still refused to leave or step back. Then dumped something red in the pool while my daughter was in it and wouldn’t tell us what it was. Needless to say it ruined the stay and my daughter did not feel comfortable to go back out there to swim. We only booked this location because of the private pool.

We sincerely apologize for the uncomfortable experience you and your daughter had during the pool service visit. The pool company services the property weekly to maintain the pool properly, and we do send a reminder message to guests on the morning of the scheduled service. However, we completely understand your concerns regarding communication and identification during the visit. We will be addressing this directly with the pool company to ensure technicians clearly identify themselves, communicate respectfully with guests, and provide a better experience moving forward. The red substance added to the pool was part of the routine pool treatment process, but we understand how alarming that may have been without proper explanation. We truly regret that this situation impacted your stay and your daughter’s comfort in using the private pool, especially since it was an important part of your booking experience. The home was just as we expected. Clean, plenty of room, and super close to Disney. Grocery stores were right down the street and the community pool was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location close to all necessities

Loved the privacy and convenience of a home feel stay without any hassle. Everything was clean and equipped with all cookware and dishes including topper wares to store leftovers. All sort of shopping stores, gift shops, foods places and groceries just under 1-2 miles, perfectly located. Will return here again for future vacations.

Enjoyed our stay!

Over all we were pleased with our stay. We did have trouble getting in touch with someone with a couple of concerns that we had in the middle of our stay. Not a lot off cooking/baking pans, had to be creative when cooking a larger meal. Great location. We really enjoyed spending time at the Hide Away area.

Great stay

The pool,lazy river, and slides were great for all. The Townhome was just as described. I had messaged the management team that the home was missing the pot from the coffee pot. I messaged at around 7:00am and it was shortly after 8:00am that someone showed up with a new coffee maker. Great service.

Disney Experience

The 'Great Gatsby' location was great fpr a Disney experience. 25 minutes was our longest drive with traffic included. The neighborhood was quite and it looked to be visitors and not residents. Place was clean and equipped with what was needed. Loads of ants outside but thats hard to control. Barcode never worked to open the gate, we had to call the security everytime. No one ever came to fix our tv issues is our biggest negative.

Thank you for being our guest. Yes, Storey Lake Resort has a lot of popularity and the guest wait lines to enter the community are long, because every guest has to go through the main entrance. QR codes are not for the back entrance, this entrance is only for owner so bar codes will not work there. If it is in the front and the bar code does not work, this is their system and we do not have control over it, but the guards are present 24/7 to assist. We are sorry that the TV was not fixed in time, something like this has to go through the owner. We hope we can serve you even better next time.

Very dirty

This property 4841 was very dirty the sinks was clogged all up the whole time we was there in the bathrooms and they would not come unclog them .. The dishwasher racks was broke. Had dry blood stains on the sheets.. The bathroom baseboards look like they’ve not been wiped off and months… definitely needs a good clean job and updating.. when we contact them they said we didn’t report it and I reported it several times to get new sheets and to unclog the sink

Nice property

The property itself was nice, clean and updated. We appreciated the washer & dryer. Getting to some details, the pillows were pretty hard and the beds were a bit hard as well, but that is being pretty picky. The living room didn't have enough space for our group of 6 and it wasn't the most comfortable furniture, but was all clean and update. The most difficult part of our stay was the communication I had with Wonder Vacation Homes regarding their policy for the person who makes the reservation and pays...they require a verification of that person by sending a copy of a form of identification along with the front and back of the credit card used...all over email. I refused to do that after having card fraud twice in the last 6 months. It seemed like the perfect circumstance to open up to fraud once again. I would think they could come up with a better, more secure way of verification. I was told I could do this at their office in Kissimmee upon arrival instead of emailing all of that information and that they would be open until 4 pm on our day of arrival. Once we got to the office location at approximately 3 pm, no one was there. Thankfully, I could send a message through the app and luckily someone was still responding. I was told everyone "left early for the day". I thought we were stuck with no place to stay for a bit, but the person told me again to send a pic of an ID and the front/back of my credit card...ugh! I ended up texting the info to that person's personal phone and then received the code to access the home. It all worked out in the end but was quite frustrating and stressful.

Best choice of location for distance between Orlando, Universal and Disney. The place is cozy and fun to be in especially with the private pool. Will be renting again in the future when I visit Orlando again.

Great find

Condo was exactly as advertised. Close proximity to Orlando attractions. Quiet area, and neighbors. Amenities were great as well (pool, lazy River, gym, etc.) Only complaint which could have definitely been user error was the HVAC was impossible to keep on cool setting for any extend period of time- which was less than ideal for overnight. Overall was very impressed and would most certainly stay again and recommend!

The decor was AMAZING (Florida decor can sometimes be cheesy )! This was a HUGE upgrade! Yes Just as pictured and described. Only issues I ran into had nothing to do with the area or actual townhome.

Lovely Stay

The house was great, was close to everything I needed. Will definitely stay there again. The only issue I had was the TV in the Master Suite didn't work and it took two days before someone came out to fix it. Other than that it was Great. Love the place.

Nice place, sub-par customer service

Pros: The condo was clean and well furnished, with roomy closets and adequate dresser space. The linens were clean and plentiful. The kids loved the pool. The neighborhood pool and ameneties were fun, and the workout room was appreciated. Cons: The microwave stopped working after two days and no one came to fix it. The water pressure in one of the bathroom sinks was very low, then quit working completely. No one came to fix it. Some of the verical blind panels kept falling off. When we first asked for someone to come to attend the issues, no one even responded to our requests. We had to send multiple messages. Additionally, the place needed more and bigger cooking pots given that it sleeps 11, and should be equipped to serve a big crowd like that, which we were. So we had to buy a large pot.

very clean and neat

enjoyed the property and was impressed especially for the price which was very reasonable. My complaint would be the parking spot in front of the property was full at night when we came in. It was in the agreement we got 2 spots. We only needed one. We had to park 3 buildings down. This lead me to believe the gated community was a farce. gate was open a lot.
