The Space:
This newly decorated coastal residence offers an inviting seaside escape just a one-minute walk to Windansea Beach, one of La Jolla’s most iconic coastal areas. The home features brand-new furnishings and beautifully updated bathrooms throughout. Set within an intimate five-unit building, the home sits on the second floor, providing exceptional privacy and tranquility throughout your stay.
The light-filled living space is designed to showcase breathtaking ocean views, enjoyed from the living room, primary suite, and both private decks. Elegant coastal décor, curated furnishings, and thoughtful design details create a warm yet elevated ambiance, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen blends seamlessly into the living area, making it easy to enjoy meals at home after a day by the sea.
The large primary suite is a true retreat, featuring sweeping ocean views, a cozy fireplace, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed, a dedicated desk ideal for remote work, and a private balcony. For additional guests, the home includes a queen Murphy bed in the convertible guest space located between the entry and living room. This area can be closed off from the living room with frosted sliding glass doors for privacy.
Two dedicated garage parking spaces are included — a rare and valuable luxury in this area — adding convenience to an already exceptional stay. The home also includes yoga mats, light dumbbells, a picnic basket, two boogie boards, four beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella for relaxing days at the beach. Just steps from the beach and La Jolla’s scenic coastline, and close to the La Jolla Village with exceptional dining and upscale boutiques, this home offers elevated coastal living with comfort and convenience.

Popular Activities: • Surfing or boogie boarding at the legendary Windansea • Relaxing on the sand, sunbathing or swimming in the Pacific • Exploring the rocks at low tide • Paddle-boarding, kayaking in the Sea Caves, or scuba diving nearby (rentals in La Jolla) • Stunning sunset views and beach photography • Exploring La Jolla Village where you will find upscale boutiques, award-winning restaurants, galleries, and museums
Getting Around:
Walk to Windansea Beach in under a minute or bike along the scenic coastline. La Jolla Village is located nearby with dining and shopping. San Diego International Airport and most major attractions are within 30 minutes.
Interaction with Guests:
• Guests ages 30+ may book
• 30+ night minimum stay
• ID verification and an additional agreement are required before arrival
• For stays of 30+ nights: signed lease and application required
• For stays of 60+ nights: signed lease, application, and refundable security deposit required
• Payment terms vary by booking platform. With platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For platforms where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
