Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean and the location was great! Very close to the beach compared to many of the rentals and had all the kitchen amenities needed to cook. Even had beach toys and beach bag. Our main issue was the mattresses. I should have read clearly that the 2 beds were FULL size beds, a little larger than a twin. So, this was a big adjustment to my husband and I and my very tall teenager. My other child slept on the pull-out sofa mattress, and it was very thin and uncomfortable. Just be sure you are aware the mattresses are full size not queen. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early b/c no one had slept in several nights. The set of drawers in the bedroom were broken (the faces would come off when you pulled the handle), and the broom was broken in half, so it was hard to sweet the sand off of the porch.

Great location so that my son could walk to the basketball courts, pools, etc. Not a huge problem, but it would be nice to have an eletrical outlet at the front of the villa. We got a limo golf cart and it was hard to maneuver it behind the deck to plug in and there was ant hills, so there would be ants on the golf cart during the day. Other than that suggestion, the place was perfect and we plan to rent again next year!!!!

Has a nice complete kitchen and bar sitting area, nice shower and bath, and a nice deck. It's in the "tree" side of the park and close to the beach, the coffee shop, the store, and the pool. Nice TVs in both sitting area and bedroom, and internet is high speed. Everything feels new. Wish I could have stayed longer.
