Welcome to your Savannah retreat inside the historic Graham Building on enchanting Oglethorpe Square in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District. This cozy one-bedroom, one-bath condo blends preserved historic charm with modern updates in an unbeatable walkable location. Steps from parks, restaurants, and shopping. This condo is perfect for romantic getaways, girls’ trips, or a relaxing Savannah escape.
The Space:
We are so excited to have you visit this thoughtfully curated apartment and hope you will instantly feel at home. The home features a cozy yet spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and ample closet space, a bright living area with large windows and plush sofa, an updated bathroom with modern fixtures and a shower/tub combo, and a fully updated kitchen equipped for meals at home. Guests can enjoy a smart TV in the living room, and free high-speed WiFi. Every detail has been designed to create a peaceful, elevated retreat after days spent exploring the Historic District. Please note the condo is located on the third floor of a historic building with no elevator, and a Pack ’n Play is available upon request.

Upon arrival guests will receive a building access code and condo door code to enter via smart locks. The condo is located on the third and top floor of the building. Please note that there is not an elevator available.
The Neighborhood:
You’ll be perfectly located to experience the very best of historic Savannah. Just a short walk across the street brings you to the Owens-Thomas House , while the beautiful Telfair Museums are about a 7-minute stroll away. Scenic River Street and the lively Plant Riverside District are approximately a 10–12 minute walk for shopping, dining, and river views. For Savannah’s most iconic green space, Forsyth Park is about a 15-20-minute walk or short ride away.
For events and performances, the Johnny Mercer Theatre is roughly a 10-minute drive. The Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive, and a beach day at Tybee Island is about a 25-minute drive from the condo.
Getting Around:
The condo does not include designated parking, but there are several convenient options nearby. Guests may use city metered street parking, which is easily managed through the Park Savannah app. We recommend downloading the app prior to arrival — each meter has a numbered space you’ll enter in the app to pay and extend your time right from your phone.
For longer stays or when parking is scarce, we highly suggest using a nearby parking garage. The closest option is the State Street Parking Garage, located directly across the street and offering daily and weekend rates.
Public bus transit is available, and local trolley tours are a fun and easy way to explore the city without needing a car as well.
Other Things to Note:
The condo does not have central air or heat. There are two window AC/heat units. They keep the condo very cool during the summer months and the units have a heat setting as well to keep the condo warm in the cooler months. There is ceiling fan in the bedroom and kitchen. A portable floor fan is also provided.
Parking is not provided with this listing. However there is a city parking garage right next door at 100 E State Street, Savannah GA 31041. There is also metered city street parking close by. You can download the Park Savannah app prior to arrival to pay via an app.
There is not a dishwasher, but all other kitchen necessities are provided and available for guest use.
Please note the smart TV offers apps to streaming services. We do not offer cable or local channels. Wifi is provided and included in the stay.
Oglethorpe Square offers a quieter, more serene side of downtown Savannah while still being incredibly central and walkable. As with most historic urban areas, you may occasionally hear city sounds (ie city garbage trucks, construction, sirens, ship horns, etc). We do provide a sound machine to help drown out any noises. We do try to make guests aware that Fridays and Saturdays can be loud due to our close proximity to Savannah's night life.
