Wonderful location minor issues occurred

Initial frustration in inquiring about parking, no answer until booking cancelation expired. While comfortable, there were several unfinished aspects to the rental or the supplies . One of which caused a rodent to enter while we were there. Management was responsive to solving problem. Without several small issues rating would have been higher.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see & do. The cottage is cute and cozy, decorated very nicely. The owner messaged several times to make sure everything was OK with our stay. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

Great place but needs a little attention.

This was a cute place in a great, beautiful location. Everything we needed was within walking distance. I do agree, however, with a prior reviewer about a little attention to detail being needed. The prior tenants' (presumably) linens were left in a bag in the foyer the duration of our stay. The cozy lamps in the photos of the kitchen/living area were gone, the only lighting coming from overhead and some of those lights were blown. A paint can was used to prop shut the closet door next to the bed, requiring a stepover when getting out of bed. The miniblinds in the bedroom did little to block the light from the security lights in the alley, the noise from the fire station at the end of the block, or the noisy partiers walking the streets until very late (we were there on a weekend). It's a great place in a great location, but it could use just a little more attention.

Great location

This house is the perfect location if you want to enjoy the historic district of Savannah. We loved how convenient it was to everything we wanted to do - tours, restaurants, even a coffee shop next door. There was a beautiful park steps away from the door which was so helpful with our dog. We would definitely stay again!!

Great location

This property was within walking distance of everything. Unfortunately, the cleanliness lacked which made the stay for us a huge let down. The smell of bleach was so strong in the bedroom that when we left the next day, we still couldn’t get that smell out of our noses. You would think that with the bleach smell, things would be cleaner but the floors were filthy. The owners asked for our shoes to be removed, we of course obliged, but my feet ended up black on the bottoms. It’s too bad, it was a cute place with a great location.

Savannah getaway

This is a terrific location in one of our favorite cities in the US. The weather cooperated and it was great to walk everywhere. Coffee shop next door! The upstairs living area is awesome. You can hear some street noise but you are right there in the middle of everything. It gets quiet at 10 so no problem sleeping.
