Welcome to "Way Cool" – your perfect Hill Country getaway!
This spacious 4 bedroom and 4 bath house is perfect for groups of up to 14 guests and is centrally located to all Concan offers! Everyone will have plenty of space to relax and unwind!
Enjoy the convenience of being less than 1 mile from the beautiful Frio River, where you can swim, fish, and soak up the sun!
Outside, enjoy a private Firepit, Charcoal BBQ grill, Cornhole Game and an open yard —perfect for stargazing, cookouts, and gathering with family and friends.
The large covered Porch is the best spot for relaxing in the Swing and watching the Deer and Wildlife that frequently visit!
The large Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for any meal at home to include a Regular Drip Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Utensils, Cookware, Microwave, Toaster, and much more! The large Dining Table is perfect for family meals or game nights! We also provide a Charcoal BBQ Grill outside for our guests to enjoy a nice meal!
The Living Room is spacious and consists of a large sectional sofa, extra seating, beautiful stone fireplace (NOTE: No fires allowed in the home!) and a Smart TV for streaming ability (No Cable) where you can enjoy a peaceful evening inside!

-Master Bedroom: One Queen bed and Private Sink/Toilet Room
-Bedroom 2: Queen over Queen bunk bed and Private Sink/Toilet Room
These two bedrooms have a shared "Jack and Jill style" Shower between the two Bedrooms

-Bedroom 4: Two Queen beds and Private Bathroom with Shower

* River access – Please note there is no direct River access from the property but Andy's or Neal's is only 1 mile away which is the easiest access for most!
We provide a minimal starter pack of essentials: 1 roll of paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and trash bags. Linens/Towels provided. A stacked Washer/Dryer is provided for guest use.
All guests will have plenty of parking beside/behind the Home.
All Check in information will be sent 72 Hours prior to arrival
***We encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance. The Cancellation Policy will come into effect AS IS if the guest chooses to cancel the Reservation***
WiFi and TV/Streaming -
We provide WiFi in the home and a Fire Stick in all TV's for Streaming.
Guests are expected to use their own streaming accounts.
Cell service is limited in the area. AT&T and T-Mobile typically work best here, but coverage can be spotty — a perfect excuse to unplug and enjoy the river!
