It’s super bright, inviting, and effortlessly chic!
Located in a quiet, charming pocket of the Historic District, you’re just steps from Savannah’s best coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, parks, and historic squares all while still enjoying a peaceful neighborhood feel when you’re ready to relax.
The spacious open-concept kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area creating a bright and inviting space filled with natural light, perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or working remotely during longer stays. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a large eat-in island with seating for four. With two beautifully appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a king suite and a queen bedroom both with walk-in showers, the layout offers comfort and privacy for extended visits. The living room also has a plush memory foam sleeper sofa. The condo can sleep up to a max of 6, but most comfortable for 4 guests. The primary bedroom also includes a designated workspace with a desk, making it easy to work from home while enjoying your Savannah stay. The loft is equipped with high-speed WiFi and two Smart TVs, making it easy to work remotely, stream your favorite shows, or unwind in comfort.
You’ll also enjoy in-suite laundry, generous closet space for settling in, a private off-street parking spot, and a charming outdoor patio with a bistro table, ideal for morning coffee or evening wine.
This home is fully furnished and available for monthly stays (30+ nights minimum) and is perfect for guests seeking a longer Savannah escape whether you’re working remotely, relocating, staying seasonally, or simply wanting to truly settle in and experience the city like a local.
Guest Access:
Upon arrival guests will receive an access code to the condo door to enter via a smart lock. The condo is located on the third and top floor of the building. Please note that there is not an elevator available.
Getting Around:
One off street designated parking space is available with this rental. Guests may use city metered street parking for any additional vehicles, which is easily managed through the Park Savannah app. We recommend downloading the app prior to arrival — each meter has a numbered space you’ll enter in the app to pay and extend your time right from your phone.
Public bus transit is available, and local trolley tours are a fun and easy way to explore the city without needing a car as well.
Other Things to Note:
This area of the historic district offers a quieter, more residential side of downtown Savannah while still being incredibly central and walkable. As with most historic urban areas, you may occasionally hear city sounds (ie city garbage trucks, construction, sirens, ship horns, etc). We do provide a sound machine to help drown out any noises.
