Beautiful 1BR/2BA Gulf-view condo at Tidewater Beach Resort featuring hallway twin-over-twin bunks and a sleeper sofa. Located on the first floor with floor-to-ceiling windows, private balcony, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. Enjoy direct beach access plus resort amenities including lagoon pools, indoor heated pool, fitness center, movie theater, and walkable access to Pier Park.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-view condo at Tidewater Beach Resort offers bright coastal décor, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and convenient first-floor access. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to fill the living space while showcasing beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The living area includes a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the private furnished balcony — perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets. The fully equipped kitchen features a full range of cookware and appliances, plus a breakfast bar and dining table for convenient meals in.

The spacious primary bedroom includes a King bed and private ensuite bathroom. In the hallway, built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds provide additional sleeping space without sacrificing comfort. A second full bathroom with walk-in shower adds convenience for families or groups.

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:

This condo blends coastal charm with practical comfort. The open layout, dual bathrooms, and flexible sleeping options make it ideal for small families, couples, or friends traveling together. Washer and dryer inside the unit add extra convenience for longer stays. Guests will also enjoy complimentary seasonal activity perks (subject to availability and change), making this a well-rounded beach getaway with added value.

Parking:

All guests must pre-register with the resort! Sooner is better since there are additional fees (and long lines) associated with registering late. Preregistering means wristbands are programmed, and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival. Guests must stop by the Tidewater registration desk upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass. You'll find this registration desk just inside the walkway doors, on the second floor.

Parking: The parking garage is located across the street from Tidewater Resort. Since it changes periodically, the parking garage gate code will be sent in your Safe Travels email. Guests may purchase two parking permits for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit and 3 parking permits for a 3-bedroom unit. Cost for such passes is listed below.

Parking spaces in the garage aren't assigned, so legally park where you are able to. Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Tidewater registration desk, located right inside the doors from the crosswalk. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands. Return to your car(s) and place the permit(s) as directed.

Parking restrictions: No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds or cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are only permitted to park in the north side, rear end of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the owner's/renter's expense.

Helpful Tip About Elevators at Tidewater: Like all high-rise buildings, Tidewater can experience longer elevator wait times during peak hours—especially around check-in (4-5pm) and check-out (4-5pm). This is largely due to the use of luggage and grocery-style carts, which take up significant space and limit the number of passengers per ride. Many guests find it helpful to avoid using the elevators during these busy times when possible. A little planning can make arrival and departure much smoother!

Loading and Cart Info
• There are 30-minute loading/unloading spaces available on the second floor of the parking garage near the skywalk. Feel free to use one while moving your belongings in or out of the condo.
• Luggage carts and grocery-style carts are available to help carry items. Note that luggage carts do not fit inside the condos, but you can leave them just outside your door while unloading.
• Please return carts promptly after use so they're available for other guests.

Amenity Wristbands: Guests registering at Tidewater must be over 25 years old and registration should occur at least 24 hours in advance of arrival (ideally, more than 24 hours prior). Amenity wristbands are allocated to guests at the Tidewater registration desk, located on the 2nd floor of the resort. Wristbands will be given to guests ages 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear these wristbands while on the property. Fees for these wristbands vary, depending upon when you register. This fee includes the aforementioned parking permits.

Wristband Return Reminder: At check-out, please return all wristbands to the same reservation desk where you picked them up. You'll find the return box at the reservation desk on the 2nd floor of the resort. Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly!

PREREGISTRATION FEES (pre-registration must occur more than 24 hours in advance of arrival): about $40 + tax for a 1-bedroom unit, about $55 + tax for a 2-bedroom unit and about $70 + tax for a 3-bedroom unit.
LATE REGISTRATION FEES: about $50 + tax for a 1-bedroom unit, about $65 + tax for a 2-bedroom unit and about $80 + tax for a 3-bedroom unit.

For the security of our guests and the safety of the resort, there are external security cameras located in the garage.

Welcome to Tidewater, a complex offering its guests breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! This resort is conveniently located just fifteen minutes from ECP airport. Moreover, guests are within walking distance of Pier Park, which boasts more than 100 retail shops and numerous dining options. Get ready for the new Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show theater, opening in summer 2025!

Tidewater Resort offers top-of-the-line onsite amenities. Two outdoor pools (not heated) with gulf views; one indoor pool (heated); two spa whirlpools; fitness center; steam room and sauna. Tidewater is a five-minute walk from Gulf World and Frank Brown Park, which is a perfect spot for those who wish to revel in this 200-acre outdoor recreational facility.

Other details to note:

Proper ID wristbands are required to be worn at all times while on Tidewater Resort property. The replacement fee for each lost or stolen wristband is $25 plus tax.

Trash chutes cannot be stuffed with cardboard boxes or other forms of large debris. Prior to disposal in the chutes, please bag any trash. All large items in need of disposal must be taken off site. Violators who are caught dumping trash inappropriately may be fined by the association and/or reported to local law enforcement.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
