Welcome to this lovely house in Homer with absolutely spectacular Bay and Mountain View’s! Close to town and just 5.5 miles from the Homer Spit, Rosewood is set in a private neighborhood with that serene mountain feel.
With four comfortable bedrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind — whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or multiple generations. The home is thoughtfully laid out with one bedroom and one full bathroom on the main (upstairs) level, and three additional bedrooms along with another full bathroom downstairs, giving everyone space and privacy to spread out.
The cozy living room features a gas log stove and expansive front windows that perfectly frame the stunning views of the Homer Spit. There’s also a cozy living area designed specifically to take in the sweeping scenery, making it the perfect place to gather and relax. The kitchen shares in the views as well, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of Homer while cooking meals or sipping your morning coffee.
Two spacious decks and a large private yard offer even more room to gather, dine, or simply take in the scenery — ideal for a family getaway.
