Just a few minutes from the beach, Luxury Suite 1.01 is located on the first floor of the “White Pearl” and offers 105 m² of space for 4 (+2) people—your dog is also welcome. The suite features two separate bedrooms as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps two.<br><br>You can look forward to a cozy living/dining area with two sofas. One of the sofas converts into a bed for two people. Adjacent to this is the open, modern kitchenette, fully equipped. Each of the two bedrooms features a double box-spring bed—both bedrooms have access to a balcony. The modern bathroom with a shower and the private sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) round out the suite.<br><br>Another highlight of the apartment is the balcony, which is perfect for relaxing in the fresh air! The apartment includes an underground parking space.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been in existence since 1994. In 2018–2019, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and renovated.<br><br>The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.<br><br>The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”<br><br>Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.<br><br>Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.<br><br>Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.<br><br>Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.<br><br>Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street.
