AMENITY ACCESS: Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Bring your record of reservation.

BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs and beach umbrellas to the beach for setup on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.

NOTE: This property is equipped with a Blink doorbell camera at the front entry, as well as an exterior camera facing the driveway. These cameras monitor only the outside areas and do not view any interior spaces. For safety and security, the cameras must remain unobstructed at all times

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance!

*You must be 25 to book this property.
* 3 parking passes provided from the guest service office. You can pay guest services for additional passes $50 each vehicle over 3.
*No smoking. $300 penalty fee for smoking at the property plus damages.
*No Pets. $300 penalty fee plus all costs to clean/restore the house if unauthorized pet is found in the property.
* No parties allowed. $300 penalty fee for violations and/or parties reported plus damages.
* By booking the house, you’re agreeing to the rental agreement. We also require a valid government‑issued ID once the reservation is confirmed. Failure to comply will result to the cancellation of reservation without refund.
* We have no control over the tram service or any resort amenities. These services may be closed or modified at any time by the management. We also can't control the weather. No refund will be issued due to amenity closures or weather-related disruptions.
