The luxury penthouse 4.05 is located just a few minutes’ walk from the Baltic Sea on the 4th floor of the “White Pearl” and offers 158 m² of space for 4 people—your dog is also welcome!<br><br>The spacious penthouse features two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a double box-spring bed and access to its own furnished terrace. One of the bedrooms also has its own bathroom with a shower. There is also a light-filled living area that opens onto the open-concept, fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island, as well as the beautiful dining area. Another luxurious bathroom with a shower rounds out the penthouse.<br><br>Highlights of the penthouse include a private glass-enclosed sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) and the magnificent, furnished terrace with a beach chair, which invites you to relax in the fresh sea air—there is a partial ocean view!<br><br>The apartment includes an underground parking space. The building itself has been in existence since 1994.
