This thoughtfully built tiny house makes the most of every inch, offering a bright, efficient layout with tall ceilings and a huge front porch that instantly expands the living space. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, a full bathroom, and a cozy lofted bedroom with a queen bed.
Please note: The Second Bedroom is the loft with a queen bed.The loft has lower ceilings and is designed for relaxing and sleeping — you can’t fully stand upright. Access is by a sturdy 9‑ft ladder, and for safety, young children are not permitted in the loft. Guests should use caution when climbing.

We also host another listing just a couple houses over in the neighborhood — an easy walking distance and perfect for families or friends who want to stay close together.
