Perfect fully stocked OBX family vacation home in a private cul-de-sac located at Kill Devil Hills 6th milepost within walking distance to the beach.

House has everything you need! Including: linens and towels, gas grill, 2 beach cruiser bikes, outdoor shower, corn hole boards and bags, hot tub (raised on deck), covered and uncovered deck areas, deck furniture/chairs/tables, 6 beach chairs, Washer/Dryer, Books and Games, Dog Treats, Doggie Poop bags

Property is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay. All linens and towels are cleaned and provided for renters. Beds are made and ready for your arrival. Stocked with all kitchen/bathroom essentials and paper products including:
- 12-cup Coffee Maker
- Single-cup Keurig
- Pots/Pans
- Baking sheets
- Utensils
- Microwave
- Toaster
- Refrigerator/Freezer
- Air Fryer
- Food Storage Containers
- Plates, Bowls, Cups (including child friendly options)

HVAC Heating and Cooling system for entire home.

Entertainment includes: TV in living room and all bedrooms, Wifi, Hulu/Neflix, Disney+, ESPN+

The house was clean, living areas especially the porch were beautiful. They were able to accommodate our early check in request and were very responsive throughout the week to any questions we had. Highly recommend staying at this home!

Perfect Family Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at Peedee’s Place! This was the perfect spot between the sound and beach! The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and perfect for a relaxing beach week with our family and our family dog. The home was clean and close to area attractions, grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen essentials, towels, beach chairs, bikes, etc. Highly recommend.

This is our second tine staying at this house, love it! Great place, short walk to the beach, and close to attractions and local stores. House is great with lots of ammenties. Love that dogs are allowed, they enjoyed the stay and the beach too .

Great property

Very clean and well stocked from kitchen to bathroom. Didn’t use the hot tub much. It felt like it needed more water possibly and to be a bit hotter. The area around the house was the perfectLocation. Little over an hour drive to hatteras but so close to everything else. Manteo was fabulous also.

Great house!

This super cute house is conveniently located close to anything and everything! The beach, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants are all minutes away! The porch is the perfect place to sit and relax and the hot tub was wonderful! We loved this house!

Great place!

We loved the quaint neighborhood and easy beach access. Loved bike riding along the sound too. House is super clean and decorated so cute! Great location for fun kid activities! 10/10!

The location was wonderful. Easy access to everything. Communication was terrific.Had a small incident with dogs and damage to blinds and the propertyamagement were wonderful to deal with.

Absolutely loved this property!

We loved our stay here. Not only was it conveniently located it literally had so many things stocked for their guest I’ve not had at other places. It was dog friendly and I was in awe they even equipped the rental with items for our pup! If you’re looking for a cute, quiet, clean place…look no further! Thank you so much to the owners for allowing us to stay!

Very nice mid-size beach house.

Our family of five really enjoyed our weekend at the Outer Banks staying at this home. The house was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with essentials, cooking equipment, dishes, and utensils. All appliances worked as expected, although we did not find the single-serve Keurig that was pictured in the kitchen. The hot tub was cleaned during our stay and worked well. This is a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the beach. It is technically walkable to a public beach access, but you would need to cross a five-lane highway at a marked a crosswalk. We drove and parked in one of about five public parking spaces at the nearest access point. The house is centrally located to all activities and restaurants in Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head, with a 30-minute drive to Manteo or Corolla (or a little longer at a busy time). Good communication with the property manager and easy check-in. Overall, this is a great rental, especially if you don't need a huge house and aren't motivated to stay right on the beachfront. We would not hesitate to stay again.
